The Atala is a cozy two story 3BR house, nestled in a quiet neighborhood close to the city's excitement and attractions. Warm up by the fireplace in the living room while watching your favorite shows on a 75” flat screen TV, or brew a cup of coffee in our convenient coffee bar. Enjoy three inviting bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Our backyard with furniture, fire pit, and gas grill, is perfect for relaxing with family and friends.
The space
Unwind in our spacious living room equipped with a sofa and loveseat. Wall mounted 75" Flat screen tv with streaming capabilities over a gorgeous original 1940's fireplace. This room gets the most natural light.

Dining room area also gets a lot of natural light. Accommodates seating for six people.

Enjoy a romantic dinner for two in our eat in kitchen area equipped with romantic lighting or sit & enjoy a breakfast meal with some coffee from our complimentary coffee bar. Plenty of counter space will make meal preparation a breeze. Loads of storage space in the cabinets & drawers, which is where you will find utensils, dishes, cookware, etc. Stainless steel appliances throughout. Excellent view of backyard where wildlife such as Deer, Rabbits & local Birds frequently visit. Perfect for keeping an eye on the kids while they play as you prepare lunch.

Full baths on first & second floor. Towels, toilet paper, etc., provided.

Sleep comfortably on one of our three spacious & comfy queen sized beds.

Enjoy the convenience of our laundry room located in the basement with limited supply of complimentary detergent.

Each room is equipped with keypad locking door knob for an added measure of privacy / security depending on your preference. This is ideal for longer staying guests who prefer to keep their belongings locked away during routine housekeeping / maintenance services.

Additional folding chairs & 48" round tables available upon request for outdoor BBQ / dining.

Toddler stroller available if needed.

In summer months grass will be treated with bug repellent to make sunbathing / outdoor relaxation more comfortable. Citronella torches will be available as well upon request prior to check-in.

EV charging is not permitted at this time.

There are two LED spotlights mounted on the garage that are equipped with motion sensors. The motion sensors have a blinking red light which makes them appear as if they are recording devices, they are not. They do not have recording capabilities whatsoever.

The security doorbell cameras capture a 180 degree angle video of the driveway & front of house. They record audio as well & are motion activated. So while they are equipped to record 24 hours a day they only record when motion is detected. There are no other recording devices on the premises.

Self check-in allows for limited interaction between guests & hosts, if an interaction is required / requested both hosts will make themselves available & arrive as soon as possible.
