Our dryer didn’t work for our entire 7 day stay. Maintenance was unable to fix it. A vendor came and said the part would be over-nighted from Kansas on day 2 of our stay. It never came. The front office allowed us to use an alternative unit’s dryer, only for our clothes to be removed mistakingly by housekeeping. They were later returned after they located them but it was a disaster. We were given tickets to shows and a discounted price for our stay because of this. Thousand Hills is an excellent location but we did feel like our parade was rained on the entire time. We are a family of 5 with 3 young children, I booked this unit specifically for the washer/dryer convenience. Beds were also not the greatest. Front office was friendly and professional, just wish our issue was resolved. We also arrived with water seeping through the floor that was coming from the A/C, this was fixed after two different maintenance professionals worked on it.
