Après votre longue journée de découverte de Branson, rassemblez votre famille dans notre condo confortable. Revenez et préparez tous vos repas dans notre cuisine bien approvisionnée. Retirez-vous sur notre grand pont et écoutez les sons du train Silver Dollar City au loin. Détendez-vous dans nos lits confortables après votre journée de mémoire.
Le lac Table Rock est à 2 minutes à pied de la propriété. Profitez d'un plongeon dans le lac ou de la pêche. Nous avons fourni des cannes à pêche, des gilets de sauvetage et un panier de pique-nique. Parfait pour une escapade d'après-midi. * Veuillez noter que le terrain peut être difficile à naviguer pour les personnes ayant des problèmes de mobilité.

Other than outside AC freezing up it was an awesome place to stay. Good location and nice amenities like the pool use.

We enjoyed are stay very much! It was just close enough to downtown but off the beat and path.

Wonderful stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was extremely clean and felt fresh. Beds were comfortable. We didn’t utilize the kitchen other than the ice maker but will on our next stay. I would highly recommend staying here.

Fun with Family!

This was the perfect place to stay. Condo had everything we needed, it was close to Silver Dollar City and other attractions. Having the indoor pool available was great for the afternoons when it rained. It was a great place for us to come back, regroup and enjoy down time between activities.

Spring Break 2023

We were in Branson for a short trip. There were 5 of us in our group. This condo was the perfect size. It was close to Silver Dollar City and everything in Branson we wanted to do. The indoor pool was great. The kids enjoyed the pool each night we were there.. We would stay here again!!!

The property was just as expected. The small details made a huge difference. We wanted to be close to the lake because my son loves the water and enjoys fishing. The lake was easily accessible from the property and the host made fishing poles and chairs available. My SUV is a smaller crossover, so I wasn't able to get these items in my car for the trip, this was a huge factor in choosing this property. The condo was furnished with all the essentials and we had all we needed to enjoy our trip in a home away from home. Thank you, Brenda for being attentive during our booking and stay.

The tile floors were dirty and we killed 3 good sized spiders

The bathrooms need to be updated. The toilet stools are for kids, they are very short.

I sent message to manager regarding pet stay and never heard back. When we got there the code didn’t work, had to call manager and she gave a diff code. Requested earlier check in and manager stated she’d let me know, never heard back about it. A lot smaller than I thought it was going to be. Average place to stay

Thanks for your review Denay! So sorry about the misunderstanding about the pets and check in times. We put in our house rules not to instant book without getting pre approval for dogs and clearly state check in and check out times. This usually works well, but understand that you missed that. I did let you know when you asked on the morning of arrival that I would try my best to accomodate and let you know if the cleaners finished up any earlier. We try to accomodate early check ins as much as possible for our guests, but our cleaning crew was not able to finish up early. I know that's hard with the one night night stay you booked. Technical difficulties are rare with the door locks but do happen on a rare occasion. I am glad I was able to be right at my phone to get you all right in and not have to wait! My guests usually appreciate my communication and timeliness, so I am very sorry that you did not have that experience. Thanks again for your stay and comments!

Nice short getaway

This is a nice, clean property with plenty of room for 5-6 people. Very convenient location and the pool was small but pleasant, while the tennis/pickle ball/basketball court have been recently refinished. The walk to the lake is short and not too steep with a walkable rock beach at the lake’s shore. It’s a short 7-minute car ride from Billy Gail’s. Other restaurants we tried to visit were always closed when we arrived - seems like a lot of restaurants in Branson have “permanently closed” so check or call before you go. The only negative I have is not the owner’s fault - the family staying above us had a little one who ran Charriots of Fire races every morning before 7a. I never said anything as I was hoping the parents would figure out that this was really loud and others were probably sleeping at that time, but it never stopped. If you’re unlucky with heavy walkers or kids running around up above, good luck sleeping in. Otherwise, I will consider this property again.

Awesome condo!

My mother-in-law and I brought my two kids and nephew here for a long weekend. The condo was wonderful and we enjoyed it very much! Very clean, fully stocked and super comfy beds. The kids also enjoyed the indoor pool and splash pad. Brenda was super communicative and quick to respond. We will definitely book another stay in Branson through her again!

My name is Brenda, I am the property manger of Lake Life Vacation Rentals and I am the property manager of this beautiful Eagle's Nest Resort condo. My husband and I first vacationed in Branson in 2010, and absolutely fell in love with the area and Table Rock Lake. So much so that we set a goal to purchase a home in the area. Five years later, we purchased our first home and now own and manage several vacation homes in the area.

We love coming to Branson and shopping, taking in shows, boating on Table Rock Lake, and going to Silver Dollar City (this is our kids' favorite part). My dad loves to come and fly fish, and loves talking about the one that got away even more :)

We travel a lot and have come to realize things that are most important to us when renting a space. We make sure we add all those components to our homes and the ones we manage. We hope you enjoy your stay at our condo and fall in love with the area like we did 5 years ago.
