**BEDROOMS**

This spacious three story home is perfect for large families and group getaways in the fun-filled Gatlinburg area. Your group will rest comfortably in one of the five spacious bedrooms. All five bedrooms are furnished with beautiful hand-made solid wood beds, bathed in warm lighting, and decorated with nature-inspired accents. Plus, each room has a TV so everyone can enjoy their favorite movies from the comfort of their rooms.

The master suite is on the main level, which features a king-sized bed and a luxurious ensuite bathroom with a large jacuzzi tub.

The downstairs level has two bedrooms. The first has a magnificent king-sized bed and the second is a bunk room, which features a twin-over-twin bunk bed that the little ones (and adults) will love.

The other two bedrooms are on the top floor and each is furnished with a queen-sized bed. Vaulted ceilings and large windows make these two bedrooms bright and appealing.

**BATHROOMS**

Three bathrooms are well-positioned throughout the house for convenient access from the bedrooms. Each continues the mountain cabin feel with wood paneling and vanities.

The master ensuite is a unique feature in this home with a large jacuzzi tub in the room, perfect for a relaxing soak after your daily adventures and activities. The remaining two bathrooms are shared. The downstairs bathroom has a combination bathtub and shower and the other upstairs bathroom features a walk-in shower.

**KITCHEN, LOUNGE & DINING**

The dynamic main level is the heart of the home, featuring the kitchen, lounge, and dining area in a spacious layout. This area is filled with natural light during the day from the large windows that look out past the deck and onto beautiful panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and forests.

The fully-equiped kitchen has everything you'll need to create delicious meals during your stay in an open-concept layout with a large island. A large double door fridge and ample cabinetry will store all of your supplies with ease and the dishwasher makes clean-up after mealtime a breeze.

The dining area compliments the kitchen with a large hand-crafted Aspen wood dining table that seats ten people as you enjoy tasty home cooked meals.

A spacious but cozy living room is just a few steps away with comfortable couches, a 55" smart TV, and a large gas fireplace in a an area that is framed by the upper floor landing and a stunning antler chandelier. This is the perfect space for relaxation, great conversation, and evening board games with the whole group.

The third-floor landing adds a comfortable second lounge to the home with swivel pod chairs that make it the ideal spot to curl up with a book. A secret hideaway nook that offers beautiful views from the upper level is another highlight for kids and adults to enjoy.

**HOME THEATER & GAME ROOM**

The lower floor is home to the private theater and game room which will keep everyone entertained during your stay. The theater features comfortable reclining chairs with popcorn and drink holders, bean bag chairs, and a large HDTV. The home's arcade and pool table are the perfect wat to engage in some friendly competition.

**OUTSIDE SPACE**
The breathtaking views of the outdoor living space are highlights of this home. Soak your muscles after a long day of fun outside in the hot tub while taking in the spectacular views. Or enjoy lounging on one of the two spacious decks, one wrapping around from the home's entrance to the back with outdoor dining, plenty of seating under the string lights.
