Welcome to Hilltop Haven! Bring your family, friends, and furry one to this fully remodeled and stylish 3 BR property minutes away from some of the best wineries in Paso Robles!
Amazing location, full amenities, sleeps 8 and with a gorgeous and spacious outdoor space you can't go wrong!!
Fully remodeled 3 bedroom 2 bath:
*Master bedroom w/ King Bed, workspace, en suite with dual vanity, private patio with hot tub access, walk in closet with two twin rollaways.
*Two guest bedrooms with Queen beds and a shared bath at the end of the hallway
*Fully Equipped Kitchen, Dining for 6, bar seating for 4, and a breakfast/ wine nook for seating up to 5 with a separate wine fridge!
*Outdoor paradise! Amenities include:

Bocce Ball
Corn Hole
Large Grass Area
Gas BBQ and Pizza Oven
Hot tub
Multiple seating areas to take in the gorgeous surroundings and warm Paso nights

You get the whole house! The property is located off a dirt which gives it its country charm. Please ensure you drive under 15 mph to keep the dust down.
Guests are expected to be respectful of surrounding neighbors at all times and must comply with the local noise ordinance. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Parking for up to 4-5 cars is available in the driveway and front of house. No street parking allowed.
We will be available from 8am-8pm to communicate with over the platform.
The neighborhood is an ideal county setting. Warm nights and valley views are sure to but you in a state of relaxation.
We provide starter supplies for guests: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. All other supplies will need to be providing by the guests.
Pets: One dog is allowed with an additional pet cleaning fee that will be collected after booking.
Internet/ TV: We have Wi-Fi set up as well as Smart TV's in the living room and master bedroom so you can login to all of your favorite streaming platforms. BYO Passwords
Wi-Fi and/or power outages can occur periodically in our small town and rural settings, over which we have no control.
Please remember that we are in the country, snakes and other rodents and insects are around. We do our very best to keep them as far away from the house as possible with recurring pest control from a reputable company, but they are still present at times. Your safety is very important to us. There may be wildlife on site, including bugs, both inside and out. Please leave doors closed at all times.
Must sign rental agreement upon booking and upload a copy of your legal unexpired driver's license or passport
Must submit a $500 off-platform security hold that will be collected upon signing rental agreement but it will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 3 days after departure, if no damages are reported. Deposit to be processed by host on guests credit card. Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits.
