Élégante retraite viticole Paso Robles. Maison de campagne viticole de 4 chambres joliment décorée sur 1 acre privé. Situé sur la route des vins de l'Union avec des établissements vinicoles à seulement 5 minutes et à 15 minutes des commerces, restaurants et salles de concert du centre-ville. La maison est conçue pour la vie intérieure / extérieure avec une vue panoramique sur les vignes et les collines environnantes. C'est un environnement et un emplacement idéal pour vos vacances dans la région viticole.
La maison a une vue panoramique depuis la vaste terrasse arrière et le patio couvert. La grande grande salle est parfaite pour se divertir ou se détendre. Il a beaucoup de lumière et les doubles portes s'ouvrent largement sur le porche couvert et le grand patio. C'est environ 2000 pieds carrés avec 4 chambres et 2 bains. La maison a été récemment rénovée et décorée avec goût.

Girl wine trail weekend

This was a pretty and very comfortable place to stay. 4 of us met to do wine tastings and it in a good location to have access to local wineries. The kitchen was very well stocked which made it easy to make some meals there as well.

The house is great and we had a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The house was set up comfortably and beautifully. We made great breakfasts and ate outside on the patio, in the shade. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen we’ve ever experienced on VRBO, with every thing we needed, which was a delight. We were a group of friends, three couples enjoying the wine country and Tobin James Winery. It was a perfect fit.

Nice house near Paso Robles east side wineries

We enjoyed staying here. It is very clean, furnished well, and has many of the condiments you may need in the kitchen. It is a little further from downtown Paso than we expected though. Even so, it is a nice country experience.

Perfect stay, albeit too short! Very quiet area and nice views. The patio was the favorite to watch the sun set! One thing, the pillows in my room were a bit flat for me. I know you can't please everyone, but I do think it's time to invest in some new pillows. Lol

Quiet area

We enjoyed our stay here. The house was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. Was surprised to know the half bath was in the garage, it’s very cold out there. The garbage disposal didn’t seem to function properly.

We spent an entire month in this gorgeous home in the rolling hills of east Paso Robles. The house is private, spacious, beautifully appointed and surrounded by breathtaking views of the surrounding hills and vineyards. There is a large patio with lots of options for seating in Sun or shade and room to set up a Cornhole game. The sunset views are spectacular! There is also a ping pong table in the garage. The house is conveniently located close to several excellent wineries, a couple of equestrian parks (if you’re into that sort of thing like I am), Sensorio (a must-see) and a quick drive to the coast for seaside adventures. Honestly, this is my favorite place we’ve ever stayed and this house is a slice of paradise! Highly recommended!

Wine country beauty

This home is situated about 15minutes from downtown Paso Robles. It is surrounded by farm homes and beautiful views. The house is spacious. There are 4 bedrooms that have a lot of space. The master bedroom and bathroom are huge. The living space is very wide open with views to the front yard or the back yard. We loved this home and want to come back.

Everything we wanted…

The house was great…each bedroom had beautiful, comfortable bedding. The master bath and main bath were also beautiful. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need. The best feature was the back patio with x2 areas for sitting. We would all meet outside around 6:30 in the morning bundled up with our coffee and watch the sun meet the day. The hills (with goats and horses) and vineyards surrounding the house were so picturesque. I would stay here again and recommend it to others.

Great house for weekend trip

We enjoyed the stay. The place was clean. It was nice to have our room for the 4 of us. We did some cooking and the kitchen is well stocked. Glad we could park in garage with the weather being so hot. It was just off a dirt / gravel road and far away from downtown. I would say that it would have been nice for VRBO house manager to turn on the A/C for use since they knew when we would arrive at the house and it was 108 degrees that day. The house was super hot and took A WHILE for it to cool off.

Excellent - EXACTLY as described.

Yes, this home is precisely what it ie advertised to be. It is worth every dollar spent! Clean, quiet, up-to-date, well-appointed, bright, comfortable, spacious, did I say clean? When it comes to traveling I have been called a hotel snob! With that in mind, I was extremely comfortable and relaxed here. I felt safe and secure, the rooms were bright and welcoming, the amenities were perfect, and the owner was very friendly and accessible if needed. (I had no problems though.) I would definitely return to stay here again when I am in the area. Thank you Chris for sharing your home. It really was a lovely visit to the area.

Thanksgiving in Paso

We rented this house to host our families Thanksgiving with family coming from So Cal, Cambria and Nor Cal. We never received the access code before arrival, and had to call the broker directly to get in when we arrived, but everything after that was excellent. Really nice big open space inside next to the good size kitchen, great outdoor space and seating, and a good game room set up in the garage with ping pong and dart board. The kitchen was very well stocked with pots, pans, plating, silverware and glassware. We cooked our turkey on the grill and they even had a back-up propane tank available. The beds were all comfortable. Everything was perfect for our family and I would rent this house again.

Vine View Terrace

My wife, friends and I had a great time at Vine View Terrace. The house was clean and modern, wonderful indoor and outdoor spaces and the location was perfect for our visit to Paso. Chris, the owner, was on top of things, contacting us to make sure that we didn't have any issues checking. He also provided us with a "welcome packet" email to orient us to the area and Paso. Overall a great experience - looking forward to staying there next time we're in Paso.

Quiet refuge near wineries

We rented this four bedroom home for three nights for the Cal Poly graduation. It was a perfect location. Very clean, comfortable beds, plenty of space in dressers/closets for clothes, excellent a/c, garage converted to a playroom. But the best part was the patio that overlooked the hills in back of the house, shaded by a tree. We sat there for breakfast and coffee each morning and relaxed there each night under the patio lights. During the day we visited wineries and the beer tour at Firestone Walker, and of course attended Cal Poly graduation. We used the barbeque each day for dinner and had a small gettogether on the Saturday before graduation. It was perfect for us. The only downside was that the grill was dirty and we had to clean it before we first used it; I think the cleaners and previous guests forgot to clean up before we arrived. We mentioned this to the owner and he told us he will instruct the cleaners to do this in the future. There was plenty of room for the six adults who stayed here, and we all agreed to love to return to this home again in the future. It was an emjoyable experience and I highly recommend this to others who want to drive around during the day and relax and eat at home in the mornings and evenings.

Fantastic!

We stayed here for a long weekend with two other couples. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, very scenic and relaxing. We enjoyed watching the neighbor goats and dogs play. It's only a mile from the Tobin James winery (we went to the James Gang festival - super fun), and many other wineries and tasting rooms are close enough. It's a bit of a drive to downtown Paso, but perfect for those who want a more rural experience. Chris was great host - quickly answered/responded by text whenever we reached out. The house was clean, kitchen well stocked, and bedrooms comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

New Years Fun!

Great place to stay with our family for our NYE celebration. Close to wineries and downtown. Next time we will plan on a spring trip to the house so that we can enjoy the backyard and pretty views.

Beautiful, Well Appointed Property

We couldn't have asked for a better property to enjoy our wedding anniversary with two other couples. The ping-pong table got a lot of use and everything was exactly as listed. Thank you to our hosts for creating such a great experience!

Rise and Wine

We are college sorority sisters(54) getting together for the weekend. Wonderful home with amazing views. Everything that is needed to have fun... views, backyard games, and music hookup. Loved it! Would vacation there anytime.

Great home & recommendations

The home was very comfortable and well stocked with all the necessities. The big plus was all the recommendations. Chris sent us an email with some recommendations early in our booking which allowed us to make good wine and dinner reservations. There was also a binder at the home with more information. It helped make for a great stay.

The house and grounds are beautifly designed and maintained. The backyard and patio are private, quiet and have great views of neighborhood pastures, vineyards and olive orchards. We have a new small olive orchard in our pasture that will be producing olive oil in 3-4 years.
