Washington on the Lake is located in Indian Point, less than 3 miles to Silver dollar city, and provides the perfect setting to enjoy a relaxing and fun-filled getaway. A morning walk around the serene lake shore is an excellent way to begin your day. The stunning sunrise views over the lake will make a perfect backdrop for your family photos. If you desire relaxation by the lake or prefer exploring all the amazing attractions Branson has to offer, you have found the perfect location.

Washington on the Lake has been designed with everyone's comfort and entertainment in mind. There are several sleeping arrangements available, catering for both large families and smaller groups. This flexibility ensures that everyone will have their own comfortable space to rest after a day of adventures. There is also a pack n play available for your little one.

The fully stocked kitchen is ideal for those who enjoy home-cooked meals. It's a great opportunity to come together as a family and enjoy some quality time cooking and eating. Remember to pack your favorite recipes!


The spacious deck is the ideal spot for entertainment. With the patio lights on, enjoy a friendly game of shuffleboard or gather around the fire table, sharing stories and making memories.

In the evenings, the lower level of the house provides a quieter retreat. There’s outdoor seating on the lower deck which provides the ideal spot for some peaceful lakeside relaxation and a private hot tub.

This home is a non-smoking home. Events and Pets are NOT allowed. The garage is not for guest use.

Missouri is a great destination to explore the outdoors. Throughout your adventures you may find critters and pests such as spiders and chiggers. Our properties are all on a preventative plan with a local pest control company. We request your cooperation in taking precautions such as keeping windows and doors properly closed.
