The entire unit is yours to live in and enjoy! We provide fresh linens, towels, coffee, tea, and basic essentials upon your arrival.
For stays of 30 nights or more, snow clearing during the stay is the guestâs responsibility unless snow service is arranged for a fee

Sleep comfortably in the king size bed at the top floor private, loft-like main bedroom with walk-in closet and spacious on-suite complete with a whirlpool tub and separate shower. Guests can also enjoy the Signal Hill and ocean views from the second floor bedroom and Queen size bed. Have more friends coming to stay? We have you covered with an additional third bedroom and double bed!
There are two and a half bathrooms. One with a relaxing large whirlpool tub and shower. Second floor bathroom has a large soaker tub-shower. Main floor has a washroom and laundry attached.
Youâll have control over the heating. Facilitated with a TV. You will have access to a washer and dryer in the home and can park your car with a permit just out front. This place is great for anyone come from away looking to take in the traditional St. Johnâs jellybean row living, a true âhome away from homeâ. Relax with reliable guest communication
Just a few doors down are several grocery/convenience stores, including Food for Thought and Hallidayâs Meats, both on Gower Street. Moo Moos Ice Cream and Coffee Matters are also a short walking distance and on Kingâs Road.

>Taxi: available for convenient point-to-point transportation including the airport. Call or download the app to reserve.
>Walking: If the spots you're visiting are within walking distance, walking might be the most convenient option.
>Driving: While not required to explore the city, having a vehicle can be advantageous for visiting the outport communities surrounding St. John's.
Parking is with one Parking Pass and usually parking just out front is available. If there is another vehicle, there is free parking just out front on the odd side of Pilots Hill.
