Welcome to the Pink Flamingo at Flamingo Gardens.
This Caribbean villa is the perfect destination for your next island adventure and vacation! The accommodations and stunning views of the Caribbean Sea, St. Thomas, Great St. James and Little St. James make for a truly unforgettable experience
This is 1 of 3 units on the property and sits above another unit with incredible ocean views. This stunning upper house 2 bedroom 1 bath loft house in Gifft Hill, Cruz Bay Quarter, St John has a large balcony and a saltwater pool shared among the 3 units on the property. This spacious loft house can comfortably accommodate families up to 6, with a cozy queen bed in the downstairs master bedroom and 2 queen beds in the loft bedroom, all with breathtaking views.
This Villa also features a full kitchen equipped with modern appliances that include a Keurig, drip coffee and a vitamix blender, as well as ceiling fans, plenty of windows, a sliding door and french doors that let the light in.
There is a whole-house generator that ensures your vacation wont be interrupted by any power outages that can happen on the island, laundry facilities, beach towels, beach chairs, and a large propane grill with a side burner on the pool deck. You can relax, unwind and soak up the sun on the large pool deck that features a saltwater pool with a breathtaking view and plenty of room for family and friends.
Your security and privacy are a top priority for us. Our electronic security gate provides peace of mind during your stay and the water filtration system ensures that you have access to clean, refreshing water.
The property is only a 7-minute drive from the ferry dock and town, making it an ideal home base for your St. John adventure. We provide all the beach gear you need (upon availability), including chairs, towels, and a cooler. And with plenty of parking on the new concrete driveway, you won't have to worry about finding a spot for your rental car! Our goal is to make sure you have an unforgettable experience here at Flamingo Gardens. Welcome to Paradise!

Very nice place to stay and awesome view !

The Pink Flamingo was very clean and nicely decorated. The beds were very comfortable, we slept well. The bathroom had an awesome shower that was custom made with shells and nature. We thought it was suppose to have 11/2 baths but there was only one,we survived.The view was paradise and we could see far out in the ocean.

Our family had a great week at Flamingo Gardens enjoying the clean, well-located, new residence. Just a ten minute drive from Cruz Bay the rental came with the use of a new Jeep and was close to restaurants and a grocery store. The rooftop pool had an awesome view of nearby islands and was a perfect spot to enjoy a drink and watch the sun set.

We had an amazing time at Pink Flamingo! When we got to the island we had a couple hours before we could check in. The property manager gave us instructions to a mail facility near the ferry and we were able to store our luggage while we explored. The house was very clean and well stocked. The view is incredible. Communication with the property manager was wonderful. They provided so much helpful information. The only discrepancy was there was no snorkel equipment to use (it said there was in the info email). Having the Jeep rental was absolutely key. We loved our stay and can’t wait to come back!

A wonderful location to enjoy a magical island

In real estate they say Location, Location, Location. Well Flamingo Gardens has exactly that. Th ease of our travel around the island was fantastic, from a short 7-10 drive into Cruz Bay, to reaching Coral Bay or any of the North Shore beaches within a 20-minute drive, all the while offering an elevated location that provided quite the view. No offense to The Windmill Bar, but personally our family loved the sunsets from the Flamingo Gardens property more, either resting on the pool deck at the top of the property or sitting on the back deck of the main house. Truly an amazing view to end many fun filled days, and quite the kickstart in the morning to start your day. The owners are very responsive, were a joy to communicate with pre-trip and have made nice improvements to the decor of the home and put in place a property management team that was very professional. All pre-trip communication including the arranging of grocery delivery in advance of arrival, the confirming of our travel plans and arranging our pick-up at the ferry dock in Cruz Bay was seamlessly handled. Upon arrival Tamara from the property management team picked us up and drove us to the home, while she provided good insight to the island, some local lore and made us feel at home with an invite to event that evening. The island certainly captures a piece of your heart, and we hope to return in the future and when we do, we would absolutely stay at Flamingo Gardens again. It is the perfect escape location
