*The upper level is where the loft, kitchen and living room are located. The bedrooms are located on the lower level and accessed by the staircase on the exterior of the home.

Coconut Hill Cottage is just 5 minutes from the heart of Coral Bay, where you’ll find colorful gift shops, live music, and some of St. John’s most beloved local restaurants and beach bars. It’s the perfect base for experiencing the island’s laid-back east end.

One parking space is provided and shared with a neighboring villa; one vehicle only is permitted for this property.
