This beautiful condo sets on the 3rd floor of Building 16 at Las Palmas. Enjoy the inviting views from the patio of the pool amenities which are available to all Las Palmas guests. Palm trees, blue skies, warm weather are all included and FREE with your stay! Seating for 6 at the dining room table as well as seating at the kitchen counter. We want to welcome you to this beautifully updated condo.

With 2 master bedrooms, one with a KING bed, the other with a QUEEN - BOTH with comfortable and inviting linens. As well as each master bedroom has a bathroom, one with a garden tub/shower and the other with a walk-in shower. A comfortable sofa sleeper is also available for those extra special kiddos in the group. (linens provided as well) Everyone is welcome! With this Condo Rental, we have included a complimentary pass to the famous "HUB" Clubhouse and Pools. Amenities Include:

Las Palmas is a wonderful family resort offering numerous amenities for everyone of all ages. The resort features six swimming pools (one indoor). Each pool area provides chaise lounges and chairs. There is a large basketball court with eight standards, volleyball, pickle-ball, shuffleboard, full fitness gym and children's playgrounds. Your rental has unlimited use of two outdoor pools and hot tubs at Las Palmas Resort with no passes required.

The condo was clean and appropriately stocked with whatever you might need. Pools behind the facility were great with lots of lounging room.Parking could be hit or miss, depending on your time of arrival. But there is one desgnated garage space you can use, which was nice on our late night arrival days.

Great condo

Fantastic location and the pool and hot tubs were fantastic. There were a few things that need attention though: instructions tell you to use provided towels for the pool, then later tell you to bring your own towels for the pool. There is a cupboard in the bathroom labeled “pool towels” but it is empty. Also there was no dishwasher soap provided yet they asked that the dishwasher be loaded and run prior to leaving. A map with locations for the hub and fitness center would have been helpful as well. There are also a few light bulbs that have burnt out. Minor issues but should be fixed.

Great Choice!

This was the first time I had booked VRBO. I was very pleased with my experience. I would say the biggest let down was the cleaniness of the overall property. It wasn't bad, just cobwebs and older smell. I did wonder about the comforters and worried if they had been cleaned. Regardless, I would highly recommend.
