Ce condo comprend l'accès à 5 piscines: piscine intérieure (chauffée toute l'année), piscine de plongée, piscine pour lap / lounge, piscine pour enfants, piscine à cascade et piscine avec extrémité peu profonde. Ce condo comprend également: 4 bains à remous (chauffés toute l'année), salle d'exercice, basketball, pickleball et 3 terrains de jeux.

A wonderful Time

Very easy to book and good communication with property manager. Clean and comfortable living area. Enjoyed the pool, pickleball courts and jacuzzi. Plenty of things to do and sights to see.

Adequate and convenient while playing in the Huntsman Games, but would be vastly improved with some updates. Communication with the property manager was good. We were disappointed that there was no comfortable seating on the balcony to enjoy the view and no outside grill.

Convenient area and lots of activities

The area was a good starting point to leave from and easy to find. The pools have weird hours and random ones are often cloaed for maintenance. The vrbo itself was nice.

Great getaway

The building was very nice, and we’ll keep. It provided all we needed. Parking was no problem. The varieties of pools were great for our grandkids. It’s close to just about everything. We will stay there again in the future

Great place to get away

The space was clean and comfortable. There were a few things that weren’t working right but that didn’t bother our stay at all. It was very roomy and comfortable! We love staying at Las Palmas and had a great time! Thank you for letting us stay!

What a beautiful community

We have long loved St. George and this property really enhanced our stay. With great amenities and a very well maintained condo, we really felt great here. There was a small hiccup in our check in but that was my mistake and misunderstanding. The property manager took care of us and after that it was a more than fabulous experience.

Disappointed in property

We were quite disappointed with our stay. The smell in the condo was moldy. There were only 2 clean towels in the condo for 4 people and no pool towels as indicated in listing. The drain in the guest bathtub was backed up & didn’t drain. The decor in the condo was very outdated & the furniture was very old & the couches were lumpy. The mattresses on the beds were not at all comfortable.

Thanks Tavi for letting us know about these issues. We hang two towels on the towel rack and keep extra bath towels and the pool towels in the bathroom cupboard. We have addressed the slow drain--happy to come out immediately if you ever encounter anything like this in one of our condos. We include lots of accurate photos of our condos in our listings so guests can make an informed decision about the decor they are looking for. Feel free to look through all the photos. Thanks again!

Condemned Balcony

Rating is for room alone. The facilities were not 5star of course but definitely had little to no complaints. The room on the other hand had some major issues: TV system was completely reliant on WIFI internet that was completely absent (couldn't connect the entertainment sys, personal call or laptop). Couches had zero support while sitting, individuals in way better shape than me still needed to be helped out of them and they squeaked whenever you took a breathe. Dishes were not cleaned and they had a weird white build on on some of the items. last but not least, the balcony is condemned. not an over exaggeration, after my daughter damn near completely fell through it onto the concrete below, they informed us we could not go use it for any reason (duhh). Picture can be sent on request.

This was a tough stay for Christopher. The WiFi went out, which impacts the TVs as well. That was restored by the service provide. The balcony suffered water damage that caused the sub flooring to weaken significantly. We were unaware of this, as it was not visible before Christopher's stay. We have completely removed / replaced the balcony sub flooring and surface. Sometimes unexpected issues crop up, but we deal quickly and fairly with guests. We offered Christopher to either cancel his reservation for a full refund or stay in the condo at a significant discount. He chose to stay, and we bolt locked the balcony doors to prevent any accidental injury.

Never received check-in instructions, communication, or refund

On the day of check-in I attempted to contact the host for instructions letting them know I never received them, never heard back, VRBO support tried contacting them and got no response either so I had to make other last minute arrangements for the week. Finally got an email at 11:17pm that night saying I will receive a text message for instructions, searched for a text message to find out that it was blocked by my phone as a potentially dangerous message. Since the host doesn't send instructions via email or through the VRBO app, nor do they seem to be available after work hours (seems to be a property management company vs.an actual owner) we had no way of accessing the property. Even though the host was informed of the situation that happened they refused to refund the expense. So not only did I pay for the VRBO that I didn't get to use, but also had the additional expense of having to book other arrangements for the week. This was a very expensive experience to ultimately learn that this host doesn't care whatsoever about the end customer that books, they consider the owner of the property their customer. Please beware if you have any issues, it's unlikely you'll be able to contact the host immediately for any emergencies, they only send check-in instructions via text message, and VRBO support is helpless in this situation because the host gets the ultimate say in how to handle the situation, which ends up being in the best interest of the property owners wallet.
