Family/Pets Welcome: Literally 3 blocks to DOG BEACH, this chill bungalow instantly feels like home. Specifically set up for families with pets, and with a fully fenced yard, pet bed, and pet bowls. Desk for our remote workers, A/C & ceiling/room fans.

PARKING & ACCESSIBILITY
- Street parking is available, but since we are by the beach, it can be difficult to find on busy days.

- This property is equipped with a device that monitors the environment inside the property (including noise levels, temperature, and motion) to ensure guests have a pleasant stay and our neighbors are not disturbed.

- Our cozy front yard is perfect for outdoor sitting and dining. Enjoy our sizable backyard, which is large enough for a full dining area, a fire pit, BBQ, sitting corner, and space to spare.

- I`m just a call or text away at any given moment, and live nearby, and regularly check on my properties. Our handyman is just down the block and can be summoned quickly as well. Please don`t hesitate to reach out with any questions or for local recommendations, etc!

ABOUT THE NEIGHBORHOOD
- The historic neighborhood of Ocean Beach is famous for its laid-back atmosphere and strong sense of community. Walkability to everything `OB` has to offer is reminiscent of a bygone era where cars were less necessary. One can surf in the morning, go shopping midday, enjoy the most beautiful sunsets, and end the day with a fancy dinner, all without ever being more than a short walk back home.

▪️ Undeclared guests will be charged $65 per person if not disclosed.
▪️ Smoking indoors will incur a $200 charge.
▪️ NO unplugging/tampering/covering any Wi-Fi, outdoor security cams, locks, etc (fees will apply).
▪️ NO unlawful use of our home (illegal activities or substances, etc.)
▪️ USE coasters under all glasses, cups, or mugs to prevent water rings and stains.
▪️ USE trivet mats for hot pots to prevent heat damage to surfaces.
▪️ Garbage disposal: DO NOT put metal, plastic, egg shells, grease, potato peels, bones, coffee grounds, pasta, or celery in the disposal—throw them away. If it stops working, press the small red button under the sink or use an Allen wrench to free it up.
▪️ PET POLICY: We love welcoming well-behaved pets, and there’s a $100 fee per pet per stay for your furry friends. Please keep pets off the beds, comforters, and sofas to avoid extra cleaning or replacement fees if bedding, towels, carpets, or furniture are stained, chewed, or covered in heavy fur. We’ve provided a vacuum, broom, and dustpan for any fur or spills—just be sure to unclog the vacuum if needed. If you bathe your pet in the shower, please collect and dispose of any hair so it doesn’t clog the drain. All pets must be declared, and undeclared pets (including ESAs) will incur a $200 fee per pet.
▪️ The back studio has a private gate and entrance; we kindly ask you not to disturb those guests.
▪️ For Monthly Guests, we have a Utility Cap of $200; guests will be responsible for any overages.
