Our family truly enjoyed our stay. The property is as advertised. And the team is very responsive. We extended a few additional nights and they were very helpful in the process.

They stay was perfect for what we where looking for. We stayed 2 nights on our way to Hilton Head. It was only 15 minutes to Carowinds Amusement Park. Although we didn’t use them - kitchen and deck areas looked great. Everything was nice - and when we left a garment bag of clothes behind / owners made sure to ship them home for us.

This house was not what it looked like on the listing. It was very poor cleaned & towels and linings were dirty. Definitely not worth the price we payed.

The house was nice and the communication with the owner was great. It worked out very nicely staying here with my friends. We only stayed over night, but it was nice to be all together instead of all of us all being in individual hotel rooms separate from each other!!!

We stayed here with extended family for a wedding. The bathrooms were very nice. The kitchen was awesome! We didn't have time to take advantage of the firepit. The host was easy to work with.

Family trip to Carowins

We loved our stay!! Two families fit comfortably in this home. Management was kind and made sure we didn’t need anything. We all enjoyed the game room which was well stocked for children of all ages, ours ranged from 2-17 Wish we had another day or 2 to really get the most of it.

Lovely spot, only a short drive from downtown Charlotte

I have two very niche issues (not even complaints) that aren't enough to reduce the rating.One, I think the temperature sensor in the oven might be a little faulty as we had to bake a couple meals much longer and at higher temperatures than we do at home.Two, there's a lot of tables and counter space, especially with the kitchen island. However, none of them are really suitable for large board games (e.g., Apiary and Wyrmspan) and we often had to pull over extra chairs and side tables to have enough room for game components.

Excellent neighborhood, great locarion

Very clean but for the sofa that had some stains. It definitely needs some attention. We checked in but didn’t realize the online check in option. So we tried to contact the property manager or owner but the number listed (international) was disconnected. We had to instant message the VRBO folks to get in. Great location for events at Quail Hollow. We planned on cooking for the 7-8 of us that stayed there. The kitchen is in need of adequate pots, pans and grilling utensils. We found cooking sheets that looked like they’d been in use for 20 years. There was not a pan that wasn’t scratched and pots had missing handles. They definitely need to upgrade kitchen items. Showed had great water pressure, great hot water volume. We’d stay again if the kitchen gets even minimal upgrades on tools. There’s a grill but it was charcoal and whoever stayed last didn’t empty the ash. The grill scrubber was nearly disintegrated so we had to improve. Very clean otherwise. Quiet neighborhood!

Space was great overall. Plenty of room for everyone one. Lots of important updates were good. Whole lot of wear and tear that has been brought up by a previous guest that I don’t believe has been addressed (trim paint and caulking especially). Had a small issue with their sign in process but they were accommodating. Air hockey table broken, freezer drawer missing, shampoo missing in one bathroom, master bath needs some attention, etc. Overall, nice place, the important things were well cleaned.

Great property! Stayed with 4 other associates for a local convention and house was very spacious and neighborhood nice and quiet. Convenient to downtown and restaurants, will stay again!

Parking was easy, house was in a cute neighborhood that felt very safe. House was set up great, kitchen was spacious. Very accommodating to our dogs. Allowed us to have a later check out and the host was very communicative and easy to reach with any questions! Would stay again!
