With a half acre of private fenced-in lawn and a spacious driveway entrance that leads to a furnished patio with string lights, perfect for entertaining. For the little ones, a kid friendly jungle gym and swing. Inside you will indulge in, Two King size Master bedrooms. One with patio access through double french doors. Includes brand new furnishings, linens and appliances. Large walk in closets, LED bathroom mirrors. Brand new HD TV's, coffee/tea lover friendly kitchen. Fast WIFI. Pet friendly. Close by you will find, fine dining and shopping are right around the corner, located 10 minutes from Uptown Charlotte, Short drive to SC border. Whether you're in town for business or a relaxing getaway, this is your stay. The cozy neighborhood and spacious, fenced in, yard offer an exclusive home away from home.

The house was in a great location and convenient. The house was very clean and the rooms were comfortable and easily accommodated our group. Communicating with the management company was easy and they were quick to respond. Overall a very nice stay.

Quiet Area with Great Ammenities

Home was very beautifully set up. Rooms were lovely.Enough seating for meals for 10 comfortably. Great backyard for the kiddos to run around and play whilel adults hang out under the covered patio. Super area for shopping. William was "Johnny on the Spot" if we needed anything. Check -in and out were seemless. Would stay again if back in the area.

Beautiful Home in a Wonderful Location

The house was gorgeous! It’s located in a safe neighborhood, and being we were a group of women and a baby in a city we are unfamiliar with, that is top priority! We had a minor issue with one of the showers not draining properly, but William was quick to respond and provided a solution within the hour of me reaching out to him! I would definitely recommend staying here, and if we find ourselves coming back to Charlotte in the future, we would love to book another stay at this wonderfully cozy home!!

Great house, great area

The house, location and other things are better than advertised. The house is great - bigger than expected with multiple rooms and bathrooms so guests have their own space when needed. Me and my friends had a great time and will be staying here if it’s available in the future!

Adorable and great location

Great area, older house that was completely updated and decorated adorably with five bedrooms - very functional as well. It was Winter so I didn't notice the gorgeous big backyard and sitting area until the last day, but would definitely return.

Golfing ladies come to Charlotte

Clean, tastefully appointed, quiet and safe area. Comfortable with most ammenities provided. You do need to bring hairdryer and body wash.

Great space for large families

This was a great house to gather our extended family for a local wedding. Fabulous living room and kitchen area and back patio. Enough bedrooms and bathrooms so everyone had space and wasn't tripping on each other. Beautiful space and great, safe location. Everything a quick drive to restaurants and Charlotte downtown.

I gave 5 stars on everything but cleanliness. On cleanliness, I still gave a 4. Master bathroom’s small floor rugs had long black hairs on all 3 of them. You could tell they hadn’t been washed. Shower did not drain properly which is a major pet peeve of mine. I traveled for 30 years in my career and I’ve seen everything. Overall this is a very nice property and I would stay here again.
