Home is 5 miles from Dallas N Tollway, 15 miles to Stonebriar Mall, 3 miles to Heritage Park, 2 miles to Superwalmart, 8 miles to Baylor, Scott and White Medical Center, 2.8 miles to Russell Creek Park with hiking trails, 1.5 miles to Jack Carter Outdoor Pool (public) Center with bike riding and hiking trails, 3 miles to Sam Rayburn Tollway, 2 miles to various golf clubs, 11 miles to IKEA Frisco, 15 miles to Toyota Headquarters, 15 miles to Dallas Cowboys Headquarters/Training Center, 14 miles to The Shoppes at Legacy, 18 miles to Dallas Love Field, 25 miles to DFW Airport.

In order to better serve you. We ask ALL the guests to provide the following trip information:

The indoor fireplace is NOT for use of guests for reservations of any length. This is tamper proof and it you are caught using the fireplace will be fined $500.



Please ensure you are booking with your full legal name. Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 21 years old. No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule, and the contract will be immediately terminated.



Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 10pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.



Security camera/recording device — exterior of the home/apartment only and records people coming in/out of the listing and safety.



By booking you give permission to verify your identity, and check criminal databases in order to confirm your reservation. To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check (for 28+ day stays).

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.

You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.

You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and the condition of the booking.

You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.



Refund & Processing Fee Policy:

We understand that plans can change, and we do our best to make the refund process as smooth as possible. Please note that all payments processed through the VRBO platform are subject to a standard 3% payment processing fee charged by Stripe. Because this fee is applied to both incoming and refunded transactions, it is non-refundable. This means that in the event of a cancellation or refund (even when the cancellation falls within the eligible refund window), the refunded amount will be the total paid minus the 3% processing fee. We appreciate your understanding, as this helps us keep our business sustainable while continuing to provide high-quality stays for all our guests.



We offer a damage protection option after booking (either a refundable deposit or waiver), which is disclosed in our listing. This is a standard process for our properties and does not replace booking platform protections.

The house was spacious with well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Updated and comfortable! The yard was wonderful and neighborhood is great for strolls plus super close (walkable) to fast-casual and sit-down dining and shopping. Also super quick to access the highway.For folks who are noise sensitive, be warned that it's close enough to the highway that you can hear the ambient traffic noise from outside, but it was dampened indoors and wasn't a bother for working or sleeping.The property managers were very communicative, but there was a very involved process for finishing the rental agreement (some online forms and identity verification), which felt burdensome. Also, we were told closer to check-in that their restrictions and fees for pets was different than what was listed online and in their rental agreement. It didn't end up being an issue for our stay, but perhaps verify early-on when booking if relevant for you.Overall, would keep this on our list for future stays in the area!

Property was fine for pets. However, many of property’s amenities were overly worn and in poor shape. Attention to details were also lacking: clocks throughout the property were not set and the coffee maker was broken. A new one was on the front porch of the property when we arrived. Also, pest control is needed ASAP as we experienced several large spiders and roaches in the family room/bedrooms. Overall, I would not recommend this property.

Regarding the coffee maker, our team proactively replaced it before your arrival as soon as we were notified it wasn’t functioning properly. We wanted to ensure you had a brand-new unit to use during your stay. We also maintain a proactive, routine pest-control schedule for this home. However, with Texas weather shifts, occasional outdoor insects can appear despite preventative treatments. Even so, we’ve immediately added an additional service to ensure this does not recur. As for the home’s condition, we regularly inspect and update furnishings and amenities, and we’ll be reviewing your comments carefully with our operations team. We’re disappointed to hear that you wouldn’t recommend the property, as many guests have had excellent experiences here, but we truly appreciate the feedback and will use it to continue improving. Our goal is always a 5-star stay, and we’re committed to making sure future guests have an exceptional experience.

Unexpectedly Great Experience

This was my first booking thru VRBO. I expected to be disappointed by something, the communication, the cleanliness of the home. But ended being pleasantly surprised. The home was exactly as posted. Communication with property owner was outstanding. Overall, it was a great experience and we were all very happy.
