Comfy Getaway

Took out family of 4 to visit extended family for our kids spring break. This quaint little cottage was perfect. It had all the amenities we needed and a very comfy bed for my husband and I. Everyone enjoyed the stay and we will be back!

Good stay but house is split into two separate units

The stay was very nice. Only issues we had involved the WiFi but the host came to fix that quickly. As well as some parts of the home, specifically the bathroom, was much shorter then anticipated. My 5’ 10” husband did have to bend his neck a lot lol. As well as I was under the assumption that we had a more private place. As in the whole house to our self, not another unit directly behind us sharing a wall. This brought a big disappointment since I thought we would be more secluded renting a home rather then going with a hotel. But we didn’t run into anyone and did have a lot of space and a good set up. Over all it was a lovely stay, I would definitely recommend.

The property was not easy to find as there were multiple units and nothing in the reservation that stated which was which. The unit smelled very strong of animals. The description stated there was a washer and dryer and there was not. It stated there was WiFi connection, however was not given password, nor ability to get it. The walls were very thin and could hear other units easily. There was space for 1 vehicle, however did not state that. Another renter had 2 dogs that barked much of the time. When arriving back one evening one of the dogs got loose and both were barking, growling, and whimpering for over an hour. I had no way to reach property owner to address. The shower was very short and difficult to use if over 5’5 with kneeling down to get water. The floors were incredibly noisy and every step was heard loudly.
