The cottage is located on a 450 m2 natural property that shares with another similar house, both being independent.

The space includes a spacious room with kitchen, full bathroom, integrated deck and sand and acacias garden. Sommiers, mattresses and hotel bedding.
The location is perfect for lovers of Surfing, Kite Surfing and Paddle, for being meters from the "Pepe", the best wave of Maldonado, and the lagoon.
Guest access
You can enjoy the surroundings both by car and on foot, as it is very close to everything you need (2 blocks from the beach, 1 from the lagoon, 2 from the warehouse and there are several restaurants on the way back). By car it is 4 minutes to the town of José Ignacio
