Brand new home ten minutes from College of Idaho, I-84, and eight minutes to family YMCA / Brother's park. Thirteen minutes from Sunnyslope wine country or the City of Nampa. Twelve minutes from downtown Caldwell with coffee/ice cream/yogurt shops and skating rink, steak house, etc. Four minutes to Mallard Park and five minutes to Lake Lowell.

We strive to make your stay memorable! You can relax knowing we have prepared the home for your arrival. We respect your privacy but are available by phone/text anytime!

LONGER stays optional up to 3-months

Note: We have one security camera at the driveway entrance with no active recording. We use it to monitor who accesses our property.

Beds were extremely comfortable; towels were LUXURIOUS & the house was small, but brand new, clean & very tastefully decorated. Far enough out that we didn't feel like we were smack in the middle of town, but not that far away from amenities. The hosts/owners were extremely accessible & easy to talk to. Would highly recommend this house!

Super Clean, Super Comfortable - Great Stay!

My son and I stayed at this house while in town for the week for golf. It worked great - exceptionally clean, the beds were very comfortable, and they had everything we needed. The owners were kind and attentive. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Rental was very clean and comfortable for our group. Host was easy to communicate with. We came down for state track in Middleton and was a good location and a quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay again.

The house was clean and very welcoming. Easy check-in. Communication was easy and very friendly. My family was very comfortable and enjoyed the home. I will rent this house again. The lake is very close, we went fishing.
