The home is 10 miles from Geneva College, close to Penn State Beaver and Beaver Community College. 20 Minutes north of the Pittsburgh Airport and a short 30 minute drive to downtown Pittsburgh

Family friendly, clean, layout beautiful, kitchen appliances worked well, clean bathrooms with enough towels for all guests. Host replied always within minutes if needed. Kitchen dinning area worked well for multi family gathering.

Wonderful stay

Extended family stayed as this beautiful home to attend a funeral. The property was perfect! The home was spacious, clean and surrounded by a beautiful, scenic property.

Marathon Retreat

Our family converged to cheer on a daughter/niece/granddaughter in her first ever marathon. It was a great home that allowed us to share meals, make posters and relax before the big race. An awesome location and a wonderful weekend

A Beautiful Serene Home

This home was really beautiful. We had a nice relaxing time sitting by the firepit, cooking in Nicole's lovely kitchen, and playing games with our family. All of the bedrooms were comfortable as well. Just loved it here.

We loved the outdoor fire pit, the indoor decor, the cleanliness, and the overall feel of the place. Our multi-generational family was able to reconnect and recharge.

Perfect stay

We stayed here for two nights with friends before driving into Ohio to see the April 2024 total eclipse. We had 7 children 10 and younger and the property was just perfect. Everything was immaculately clean and comfortable and supplies were stocked just the right amount. The kids had a delightful time playing outside. Would stay again without any hesitation.

Rabid Raccoon Race Weekend

The Farmhouse is beautiful! We were impressed with the space and how perfectly it was organized for our group. It was spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately, we did not have much awake time to spend at the Farmhouse. Time and weather did not allow us to take full advantage of the outside area, but it was quite welcoming.

Adorable, charming farmhouse! We stayed in this home for 4 nights. There were 3 families and 2 single adults (13 people total) and we all had our own space. The layout of the home is perfect for multiple or big families! The house was clean and stocked with just the right amount of supplies. The beds were comfortable. The outdoor firepit was a lovely bonus. Check in and check out was a breeze! There were very few house rules and they were simple to follow. The host was very responsive (I asked about trash pickup and what kind of sheets were on the bed). The home was conveniently located for us to have a "home base" while visiting family. We would definitely stay here again!

Graduation Stay

Absolutely beautiful home!! Nicole did an amazing job with decor. Wifi great. Beds so comfy!! Lots of room for the six of us. Had pack and play and high chair for grand daughter. Recommend to anyone wanting a quiet, comfortable, beautiful place to stay. Saw a deer, rabbits, geese and wild turkeys. Close to everything we needed. Nicole was quick to respond to messages. Grand daughter loved the yard and swing. Dogs loved having so much room to run around outside in fenced back yard. Family came in from FL, MO, CA. Great location to Pittsburgh airport. Would definitely stay again if ever in area!! Thank you Nicole for a great place to stay to enjoy our time with family!!

Great house, newly remodeled

This is a beautiful home, the interior is completely updated throughout, super clean! Huge grassy flat yard. Fenced in the back with one big tree and small covered concrete patio with table/chairs. Front yard has a tree with hammock. Driveway has room for plenty of parking. House is set back from the main road so it’s nice and quiet with a few houses nearby. Our only concern was the a/c was downstairs only and we were there during a heat wave! We’re from the south and very dependent on our a/c, but we were pleasantly surprised to find that with 100* outside, the thick walls and ceiling fans still kept the upstairs to about 75* at night (still warm for us southerners but doable!). You’ll find the frig completely clean and empty, with new but very basic utensils, pots and pans, etc. Target, Walmart, and Lowe’s are 10-15 min away! Communication with owner did not happen til close to rental date when I needed to make a change, I had to have VRBO contact them, but after that, no communication issues! We’ll definitely stay here next time we’re in the area!
