Peaceful 2 Bed 2 bath upstairs unit.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. All the comforts of home! Located 5 minutes from Kennedy Space Center, 10 minutes from Cocoa Beach and Cruise terminal at Port Canaveral, and 35 minutes from Orlando.
The space
The unit is on a lot over two acres with access to the front acre. The property is mostly grass with several large oak trees for shade, a picnic table for outdoor sitting. You will have access to a 4x10 outdoor kennel if needed for dogs to enjoy some open air. Front field is great for walking animals or enjoying a walk yourself.
Guest access
Guests will have access to a garage, front of property, dumbwaiter, lift chair if needed, and two upstairs porches.
Other things to note
There are four parks within 5 minutes, which offer walking trails, manatee observation posts, playgrounds, tennis courts, food truck rallies, and more. Shopping and restaurants only a few miles away. Just follow the welcome signs which will guide you to the units garage.

We can’t say enough positive things about this stay!! First we were greeted with a welcome sign directing us to parking. Although we didn’t use it, there was garage parking available. The place was immaculate! The attention to detail with what a guest might need was astounding! We will definitely try to book again here when we are in the area!

Kennedy Space Center retreat

Perfect location to stay while visiting KSC. Beautiful property with beautiful old oaks made sitting on the porch cool and comfortable in the evening during June. Being in the shade on the second floor provided breezes to blow away heat and humidity. Rental is clean and very well supplied. We hope to return to both KSC and this cozy apartment.

One day stay

Came down from Jacksonville to do some offshore fishing outbof Cape Canveral. The property was big enough for me to park my 28 foot boat and trailer with no problem. I enjoyed the quiet county atmosphere the propert was perfect. Would reccomend thisbto anyone wanting to spend a weekend in Capr Canaveral but does not want the "hussel and bussel" of being closer in town. This was only about a te minute drive from the cruise terminal and boat ramp as well and about 15 minutes to the downtown scene.

Unforgettable Stay at Gorgeous and Peaceful Rental on Merritt Island

We recently stayed at a fantastic Vrbo rental on Merritt Island, FL, and it was an unforgettable experience! The hosts were incredibly kind and thoughtful, leaving a colorful Happy Birthday sign on the table for our son, who was celebrating his 4th birthday. We were visiting the Kennedy Space Center, and the hosts made sure to message us about a SpaceX satellite launch that we could view from the back porch. Watching the launch was one of the biggest highlights of our trip, creating a magical memory for our family. The property itself was gorgeous, wonderfully stocked with all the comforts of home, and immensely clean. It was so peaceful and quiet, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The attention to detail and the personalized touches truly made our stay special. I highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a memorable and delightful experience!
