Overall good stay
It was a day stay total 6 ppl. The courtains were not working, few thinghs were broken, bathrooms lock not working. Closet handles were broken.

Location is amazing. But the unit left a lot to desire. The blinds didn’t work and had so much dust on them. The bathrooms were very dated and falling apart. You can hear everything from the streets. Ants were in the kitchen. The place just felt a little grungy…. This unit really has so much potential with a little TLC. I will say having a washer and drying in the unit was great, they even included two packs of laundry detergent. Again, the location really can’t be better. Overall we enjoyed our short stay.

The property was much older than it appeared in the pictures. The building itself was old and needed repair. The condo could use upgrades in the kitchen and there were bugs under the sink. The front door scrapped the tile ever time we opened the door further damaging the tile. Our biggest issue was the lack of hot water. It was inconsistent at best. I actually let the water run for over 20 minutes and it never got lukewarm. All of this was reported however it did not improve. The location of the property is good but there are few reasonable options for meals. I would not recommend this property as it is today.

The building did experience a temporary issue with the central boiler during your visit, which affected the hot water in several units. This was unfortunately outside of our control, but the building maintenance team has since resolved the problem.
We also appreciate your feedback about the kitchen and the door — these details have already been addressed by our maintenance team to prevent further inconvenience. Our team regularly inspects all units for cleanliness and pest control, but we will re-evaluate this area to ensure it remains in perfect condition.

Poor maintenance
Washer didn’t work, couldn’t get service although I asked, blinds were broken and missing pieces, broken towel rod, coffee pot stopped working mid brew, annts were everywhere, and trash was left from previous occupants! Communication was horrible between host as well as employees of hotel.

Fixer upper
The condo many small repairs that needed to be corrected such as the towel bar in the downstairs bathroom was like above my head. There were no towels in there for anyone to wash their hands. There were no dish towels in the kitchen either we had four registered guests and there were only enough towels for two people. We had to ask for towels over and over again and got told no cause it was a holiday. We only had two washcloths we were able to use the beach towels, but there were no washcloths until the next day. The bathroom upstairs towel bar looks like it’s barely hanging on. We had to pull things off of it gently cause we’re afraid it was gonna break. The shower nozzle is very loose and you can see the screws behind it when you turn the water on it’s very difficult to determine which is hot in which is cold on all the faucets because they seem to be opposite of the norm left being hot right being cold. The closet door handle upstairs is barely hanging on the one closest to the bed on the right you can barely get in that closet where all the linen extra linen is and I accidentally left my bathing suit there because the door doesn’t open that off hardly at all and I forgot it. I did leave a text and ask someone if I could pay them to mail it to me, but I haven’t heard back. I suspect I’m not gonna get that bathing suit back even if I’m willing to pay for the shipping and pay someone to do it for me. There were sugar ants in the kitchen along the sink.

Thank you for your feedback. I'm truly sorry to hear that aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. I wish we had been made aware of these issues during your stay so we could have addressed them in real time.
Regarding the towels, we do stock the unit based on the number of guests in the reservation, and we do our best to accommodate additional requests—even during holidays, when staffing and delivery logistics can be more limited. I apologize if our response time was affected.
As for the towel bars, shower nozzle, and closet door handle, I’ve passed this along to our maintenance team so we can inspect and repair as needed. Your observations help us improve, and I appreciate your attention to detail.
We also do our best to prevent pests and treat the property regularly, but I’ll have the kitchen reinspected to ensure everything is under control.
Lastly, I’m sorry to hear about your swimsuit. If you sent a text and haven’t heard back, I will personally follow up to see if it was found and get in touch with you directly about shipping options.
