While not located directly on the mountain, you can easily reach the main lifts a short 2 minute walk away.

Inside this private condo, you'll find a cozy king-size bed and a queen-size sleeper sofa. The room boasts a private bathroom with a tub/shower, and there's an additional public bathroom just down the hall. The kitchenette is equipped with a one-burner stove, dishwasher, mini-fridge, toaster, Keurig (K-Cups Included), air fryer and a kitchen sink. You'll also enjoy two TVs, one in the living room and one in the bedroom, plus free Wi-Fi.

**Please note highway 50 bridge over Blue Mesa is closed so if you plan to fly into Montrose Airport check alternate routes
There's no air conditioning, as is common in the area.
Amenities such as the pool, hot tub, and fitness facility are managed by the HOA and are beyond my control.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed above the second floor due to HOA regulations. We love pets but have to abide by the rules.
This unit is individually owned and operated as a result the front desk can only help with things such as check in/out, directions, lost keys and general questions. They are unable to provide cleaning services, linens, towels etc.
