Wrapped in polished oak flooring, is the living room with wet bar, large picture windows and direct access to the rear deck with breathtaking views of the marsh. The adjoining gourmet kitchen comes with all the trimmings and sits alongside a formal dining room with room for the whole family or dine al fresco on the spacious screened porch.

On the third floor, you’ll find a large den/bedroom with 2 twin captain beds, a queen bedroom with ensuite and the Master suite complete with a king bed, soaking tub and spacious walk-in shower. Take in stunning river views from your private balcony - glass of wine in hand.

**We will consider welcoming a well-behaved dog who is under 50 pounds, up to date with their vet care, recently groomed & preferably with good reference from a previous host. A maximum of one dog would be allowed given any stay. The presence of said dog must be previously approved by the property manager prior to your arrival. In addition to a damage protection policy, a separate nonrefundable Pet Fee of $500 will apply. Guests agree not to bring any other animals to the property.
