The new apartment, very bright, all brand new fully equipped so that you feel that you are at home in Medellin. Two bedrooms, each with a full bathroom and dressing room, and air conditioning, Queen beds and hotel linens. In the living room a comfortable double sofa bed, close to everything; just walk a few meters and you arrive at the aguacatala metro station, santa fe shopping center and oviedo shopping center.
**All guests, without exception, must present their original identification document in physical form in order to be registered at the accommodation. In the case of children, parents must present the corresponding civil registry or identity card. This measure is taken in compliance with Law 679 of 2001 of Colombia, which prohibits sexual trafficking, the exploitation of minors, and prostitution, in order to ensure the safety and legality of all stays
