Welcome to our home in paradise! Nestled in Tezal’s prime location, our newly built 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. From the private patio or rooftop, you'll be treated to an unrivaled panorama view of the ocean, showcasing the iconic Arch and the Pacific's enchanting sunsets. Within just a few miles of Médano Beach, downtown Cabo, and the Marina, you will find numerous restaurants and activities, ensuring an unforgettable Cabo experience.

Immerse yourself in the tranquility and amenities of our secure gated community, with lush green areas, 3 pools, BBQ areas, playgrounds, a fitness center, and a multi-sport court. Whether you seek relaxation or an active vacation, this community provides the perfect setting.

All bedrooms are located on the lower level with two of them having walk-out access to the backyard. You’ll enjoy the comfort of queen-sized beds in two of the bedrooms, while the primary bedroom has a lavish king-sized bed. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom, large walk-in closet, and dedicated air conditioner. The main floor boasts an open layout, seamlessly integrating the kitchen, living room, and dining room with access to the inviting patio. Prepare excellent meals outdoors or relax while enjoying the one-of-a-kind views on the rooftop terrace.

Additionally, high-speed internet provides plenty of bandwidth to make this the perfect work-from-home getaway.
