Casa Sunshine is located high on the hills in the exclusive Tezal community, nearby access to the attractions of Cabo San Lucas and a tranquil residential Ventanas Residences that offers services and amenities to make confortable and incredible stay.
These accommodations is a gated and guarded community located high on the hill above Cabo featuring sweeping panoramic views of Cabo, the Sea of Cortez and Pacific Ocean. Close enough to town to be convenient and far enough to be relaxing and peaceful. About 10 minutes to downtown Cabo, 5 minutes to Costco and 7 minutes to Walmart. This condo opens to a furnished balcony or patio, great for kicking back and taking in ocean views. Complimentary wireless Internet access keeps you connected, and the 42-inch TV with Shaw satellite and DVD player provides entertainment. The private kitchen is equipped with a full-sized refrigerator/freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. The private bathroom has complimentary toiletries. A/c, washer/dryer, a second bathroom, and a separate sitting area are among the conveniences offered.

Amazing views

This property was perfect for our stay. We loved the location and the quiet community. The amenities were all that we could ask for. Randy is a wonderful host and Odo is an amazing manager. Would definitely stay again.

The perfect view

The unit was very large and spacious and convenient to restaurants, shopping and the downtown area. But most of all, we truly enjoyed our new friends in the community. The X packs were very helpful and enjoyable to be with. Great stay!

Casa sunshine at La Ventana

Fantastic property with an amazing view and large balcony overlooking Lands End. Spacious with gorgeous king size beds and three smart TV’s. Loved this place. Property Manager Otto and owner Randy are exceptional to deal with. Booking right now for next years stay so we dont miss out.

Casa Sunshine is Wonderful!!!

Great condo, location, views, and amenities. Plus the owner and property manager go out of their way to ensure that your stay is enjoyable and all your needs are met. We have purchased a condo not to far away and definitely plan on staying here again until construction of our place is finished. Thank you Randy and Odo for your kind hospitality!

Sunshine Every Day

Casa Sunshine was wonderful. We so enjoyed the great view from the huge balcony, the gorgeous pools and beautiful furnishings. Oddo was so very helpful and courteous. We felt very safe with the guarded entrance. We hope to return next October for 2 weeks

We loved it!

The condo exceeded our expectations. Great location, view from the deck and upper pool were outstanding! It was pretty quiet so we often had the pools to ourself. Both Randy and Odo were great to deal with and responded quickly if we needed to reach out. Would highly recommend!

Great place for 1st trip to Cabo

This is a great property and place to stay. This was our first trip to Cabo and will not be our last. Location was great being close to beaches and to town. It was just like the photos. The unit is very comfortable and was extra clean. I loved having my coffee on the patio in the morning and wine at night. Randy and Odo are great! We’ll be back for sure and plan on staying a few more days.

Great place and better service

It was just me and my wife for this trip. We had a great time at Casa Sunshine. It was better than advertised with great pools, quiet outdoor area and good gym. Pretty easy drive into Cabo Centro and easy to get to the highway north for Todos Santos and La Paz. Also easy access to go east for San Jose del Cabo. The property manager, Odo, was a lifesaver when I had to deal with a parking violation involving getting my license plate back from the police. THE best value I have gotten in a long time. I will definitely be booking this again.

Sun, Quiet, Bliss

Wonderful stay at Randy's property. Ever conceivable item you need is supplied. The property was pristine. Minor issue with BBQ resolved immediately. Had great time using the pool and gym. If you are looking for a quieter location with ample room this is it. We will be booking Randy's property again.

Awesome deck,view and sunsets

We enjoyed our stay. We would have a glass of wine and watch the sun set. Uber was easy to take when we chose not to drive. It was always nice to come back and stretch out on a lounge on the deck after a day in Cabo which is quite active. We wish we had stayed for a little longer than a week. Next time.

Family Holiday

The property was exactly as advertised. Communication with owner and on-site property manager was outstanding. Able to answer all questions and provide recommendations on activities. The condo fit our family needs perfectly with everything that someone would need. The condo is located in a quiet complex away from the downtown and marina but an easy drive to anywhere you wanted to go. Very much hope to stay again one day.

Great Stay @ Ideal Location

Wonderful and responsive host, Randy, and property manage, Oddo. Can’t thank them enough for their hospitality. Fantastic El Tezal neighborhood with excellent, reasonably priced restaurants and bars nearby. Convenient shopping to major grocers and retailers just a few minutes from the property. Only 10-15 minutes to fabulous beaches - Medsno, Chileno, Santa Maria. Enjoy day trips to Cerritos, Todos Santos, and La Paz. Half-days in San Jose are great (art walk, etc.). And don’t miss the East Cape! You’ll love Casa Sunshine.

Test drive in Mexico

We really don't have any complaints. We just happened to run into a couple of issues - A/C in the main bedroom and TV service - that were beyond the control of the owner, but we still had to work around. To the owner's credit, when we raised the issues, we received a quick response. The good news is that those issue are less likely to occur again. The place is very nice, and the caretaker (Oddo) is GREAT. We definitely enjoyed our time there, and if we decide to return to Cabo, we'd certainly consider renting again. The pictures are very accurate. The only quibble on the description is that the hot tub for the property is no longer available.

"Perfecto" - Dream Vacation

Casa Sunshine was beyond our expectations!It had all the amenities for a totally relaxing winter vacation. The location is excellent - situated in a lovely, quiet, gated community within walking distance to shopping & dining. The grounds are beautiful, and the staff are friendly and courteous. Uber transportation was very reliable and economical when needed.The condo was very clean, and comfortably furnished, with all the requirements for easy living. The king beds are incredibly comfortable.The views from the very large balcony are incredible - a perfect spot for morning coffee, afternoon happy hour, and outdoor dining, to enjoy the amazing views of El Arco, Cabo, and the Sea of Cortez.Owner Randy and on-site property manager, Odo were exceptional in providing any service needs.We enjoyed using the "Gym with a view" and relaxing pool-side during our extended stay of amazingly beautiful weather!Casa Sunshine is the perfect place for an enjoyable stay in Cabo San Lucas. We would highly recommended it as the "perfecto" casa to consider when vacationing in Cabo.We definitely plan on returning!

Si vous cherchez un endroit parfait, c'est ici. Quel séjour extraordinaire dans un endroit magnifique. L'hÎte est trÚs gentil, tout comme son gestionnaire Oddo et les employés de l'endroit. La vue est magnifique, dans un endroit tranquille, à 10 minutes de tout en auto: centre ville, plage, épicerie. On y était si bien que souvent, on préférait y revenir pour le souper puisqu'il y a tous les accessoires de cuisine sur place pour nous accomoder. Séjour parfait, incluant les magnifiques levées du soleil entre la montagne et l'océan!
