The neighborhood is quiet and family friendly. Please keep your speed between 10-15 MPH through the neighborhood. Please park in driveway only. No parking in yard and no driving to back of the home, that would destroy the field lines.

No smoking in our home…if you smoke outside, please make sure all doors and windows to our home are shut and all butts are completely out and thrown away in the outside trash. Thank You
No animals in our home or visiting our home.
Please make sure that once you remove the trash from inside of the home it must immediately go out into the outside trash can located on the driveway side of the home. This will help alleviate any ants getting onto the porch.
No throwing food down sink, all food to be thrown in trash can in home, when trash is full inside, please take bag to outside trash can.
No throwing of anything other than toilet paper down the toilet. All other items including feminine hygiene products and wipes need to be thrown away in the trash, please.
