Upon entering this air-conditioned abode, you will discover a welcoming open floor plan with carpeted floors and everything you need for a breezy and memorable stay. Spend tranquil evenings enjoying the breeze on your private balcony or watching fun shows and movies on the TV in the living room. If you are in the mood for something refreshing, make your way over to the community outdoor pool or hot tub. The community also offers a BBQ area with charcoal grills and several outdoor showers by the pool. Back at your condo, you will have a full kitchen equipped with all the essentials, including two coffee makers (drip and Keurig). Both bedrooms have TVs, en suite bathroom, and share access to a second balcony.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
