Grill poolside or prepare your meals in the fully equipped kitchen all while taking in views of Lake Travis. Then, finish the evening with a game of pool, foosball, ping-pong, or darts in the one of a kind gameroom!
THE PROPERTY - 4400sf of indoor living space featuring 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms with a huge gameroom taking up most of the ground floor, and an expansive outdoor patio spanning the entire length of the home for panoramic views of Lake Travis. Comfortably sleeps 14.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
- Primary Bedroom: king bed (main floor) with attached, private full bath with double vanity, soaking tub, large shower, and enclosed toilet room
- Bedroom 2: king bed (top floor) with attached full bath with double vanity and stand up shower
- Bedroom 3: two queen beds (top floor)
- Bedroom 4: bunkroom (ground floor) with 4 twin bunks and attached full bath with double vanities, large stand-up shower, and enclosed toilet room
- Additionally, there is a queen size pullout sofa bed located in the gameroom TV area
All beds are made with soft sheeting and plush bedding. All bedrooms and living areas have smart TVs. Bathrooms are stocked with fluffy towels, L'Occitane hand soap, Paul Mitchell shampoo/conditioner, and Aveeno body wash. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything need to cook and to enjoy meals at home.
PARKING: There is ample space to park in the driveway. **NOTE: Garage access is not included in your rental.
LOCATION: Situated on the North Shore of Lake Travis within the Point Venture community. Along with all the amenities at the house you will enjoy access to the following amenities all located within the neighborhood:
- Jr. Olympic sized pool
- 9-hole Golf Course, putting greens, and driving range
- Tennis
- Pickleball
- Full Gym
- Exclusive access to 50 acre park. Within the park there is playground, basketball, pavilion, beach access, and one of the deepest boat ramps on Lake Travis!
Withing the neighborhood is Point Venture Marina where you can gas up your boat/jetskis, rent a boat from Liquid Thrillz Boat rental, or dine at Captain Pete's Boathouse - a floating restaurant and bar (accessible by land or boat).
POLICIES: No parties, groups exceeding 14 guests are allowed. Only approved guests are allowed on property. The minimum age to rent is 30. No groups where most guests are under the age of 30. A signed lease agreement is required upon booking. No smoking on property and no pets/animals.
LEASE AGREEMENT: Once I receive your booking you will receive a lease agreement via email. This agreement must be completed within 24 hours of your booking or your reservation may be cancelled.
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
- While the boat ramp is accessible at most lake levels, I cannot guarantee access as lake levels do fluctuate.
- Stairs are required to reach the main and upper level living areas.
- The property does have exterior cameras for mutual security and safety. Cameras do not face interior spaces. Video is only activated by motion.
