This brand-new build was designed as a short term rental with your vacation in mind!

Sweeping views are the first thing you'll notice as you enter the main living space. The large, modern, open-concept living-room, dining, and kitchen are perfect for gathering. The huge kitchen island is a cook's dream, with plenty of room to prepare meals and spend time with friends and family. You’ll also enjoy indoor/outdoor living with large decks, outdoor seating, a hot tub, and a backyard that will keep your group entertained with a fire pit, corn hole toss, bocce ball, and jumbo chess. You’ll likely see some friendly, local deer around the yard too!

If you’re bringing your boat, there is more than enough space to park it in the massive, two-story garage, and there is a private boat launch right around the corner at Emerald Boat Ramp. We’ll provide an electronic card with a lanyard for our guests.

Two beautifully appointed primary bedrooms with private baths and unique electric fireplaces, plus two queen bedrooms, are a perfect setup for multi-family or couples groups. And the bunk room, which has custom built-in double-queen beds are as cozy as any of the others, just more fun! Each room has mounted TVs, and for those who prefer quiet, all internal walls are insulated for sound dampening.

Outdoor spaces are not available for use from 10 PM to 7 AM
