Popular Catawba Island townhouse available for rent. Off season rental available Nov. 1-mid May. Beautifully updated kitchen, first floor and bathroom. Fantastic pool and hot tub right across from this unit during season. Walk-in shower with seat. LVP on the first floor. Dock/channel views from all side and back windows. Enjoy watching the boats go by. Dock available for an extra rental fee. Two trundle beds upstairs in the loft area with Queen bed.

We loved our stay here! End unit was perfect location, very close to the pool. Watch the sunrise every morning on the patio/dock area. So much wildlife around! Plenty of space and large family area. The residents and other renters we met were very friendly and gave us a lot of advice on food and places to go. Would definitely boom this stay again!

Nice Place on the Channel

Very well-kept condo with plenty of space, airy and bright. Great location on the very end of the channel, across from the pool and next to the roadway. Very convenient. Communication was easy, and we had zero problems. All in all, a great stay.

Beautiful Open Concept Condo

The condo was excellent, very nice and clean. Plenty of space. Loved having the back deck by the water and getting to watch all the birds and wildlife.
