This tiny home is located around the corner from the legendary Robert Trent Jones Golf course. After a round of 18 holes or exploring all this musical town has to offer, come home to experience an incredible sunset while you relax on the deck or around the fire pit in Adirondack chairs.

The accessibility to downtown Florence, Sheffield, Tuscumbia, and Muscle Shoals is convenient, and there is an abundance of restaurants and entertainment. The Muscle Shoals airport is located only 8.6 miles away. North Alabama Medical Center is located 9.2 miles away. The Ford City Foodland Plaza is located 2 miles away. This plaza has a grocery store, Dollar General, Ace Hardware, and Shell gas station that sells pizza.

The Home
The highlights of the home are the views of Wilson Lake that allow guest to find tranquility. Guests can enjoy leisurely actives such as fishing off the pier, catching up on their favorite shows, or just relaxing on the deck with a good book while enjoying the views. There is a fire pit that can be used on chilly nights.

The home may be called a tiny home but offers all the amenities of a full-size home.
The living room and kitchen have an open floor plan. The living room has a designated workspace that allows working at home. There is a smart TV in the living room area with basic cable and seating area. The kitchen offers seating at the bar with full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. There are blinds throughout the home to allow for privacy.

The one bedroom offers a queen bed with and additional air conditioning unit.

The bathroom offers a bathtub with shower.

The loft has two twin size mattresses. Refer to the pictures and has limited head space. These two mattresses have the bedding folded on top of the mattresses. Enter loft at own risk. No children allowed in loft at any time. Handrail must be used while entering and exiting loft.

Please note that the path to get to pier has several steps and slopes downward. Use caution when walking to pier and the handrail must be used. Children are not allowed to be unaccompanied at any time while on pier.

Due to safety and security reasons visitors of any type must be communicated with and approved by the host before arrival of visitors. Charges may apply to any additional proposed and approved overnight or part time visitors/ guests.

By booking with us, the tenants and tenants’ guest shall hereby indemnify and hold harmless the landlord and/or host against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from use of the premises such as the pier and anything else on the property regardless of the nature of the accident, injury, or loss.
