The home features 3 private bedrooms: two on the lower floor and a luxurious primary suite on the main level. The open-concept main living area boasts a well-appointed kitchen with a massive island, stainless steel appliances, and a dining table with seating for eight. Relax in the cozy great room with a 65" Roku TV and gas fireplace.
The Space:
Built in 2015, this townhouse features high-end finishes and modern comforts:
Main Floor:
The upper level includes the primary suite (King bed) with a spacious en suite bathroom and open closet, complete with a pack-n-play for your use. The main living area is designed for gathering, featuring a gourmet kitchen with a large island, stainless steel appliances, and a dining table with seating for eight. The living room is outfitted with a 65" Roku TV and a gas fireplace, creating a cozy atmosphere. A laundry room is also located on this floor.
Lower Level:
The entryway features heated floors for added comfort during winter months. This level includes two private bedrooms, each with a full-size bed, and a shared large bathroom. A second living room with a Roku TV and sectional couch provides extra space for relaxation. Walk out to a private patio with furniture.
The home is ideal for a smaller group of friends or a single family, offering a balance of shared and private spaces.
