This large end unit sleeps up to 8 (2 King, 1 Queen, 1 sleeper sofa) and provides the perfect combination of ocean views, ease of access and privacy. Located on the 2nd floor of Water's Edge (Unit 212), conveniently park your car in our secure parking garage and walk directly into the resort and down the hall to your unit. Once inside you'll immediately notice the breathtaking views from the large private double balconies off the living room and master bedroom. Next, the comfort of quality furniture and the well-equipped kitchen with high-end furnishings allows you to enjoy your vacation with ease and convenience. Linens are provided as is a full-size washer and dryer inside the condo, ceiling fans and flat screen TVs in all rooms (w/ cable and/or smart TVs), wi-fi, DVD players, brand new HVAC, spacious living room, and large dining and bar area. The large floor plan and tiled floors make handicap access possible. Each rental includes parking for up to two vehicles. Wake up to a sunrise and relax to a sunset from the master bedroom taking in the sounds and sights of the ocean.

Water’s Edge Resort is the Perfect Vacation Spot for all Ages. The views are Gorgeous from Every
Oceanfront Balcony. There is a spacious pool deck for sunbathing under the tropical palm trees, an
outdoor pool to take a dip, and an outdoor hot tub for relaxation after a long day at the beach! There is
also an indoor pool and fitness area on the lower level. The Rising Tides Bar located onsite features
Trivia and Karaoke nights for guests to enjoy as well. Don’t forget to speak with the front desk about
renting out our beach games to play while on the beach!

Garden City, SC is a Wonderful Place to Visit! There is shopping, entertainment, dining, and attractions
located just minutes from Water’s Edge Resort. The Garden City Fishing Pier is located only a half a mile
down the Strand where you can fish, win a prize at the arcade, or grab a bite to eat at the grill. The nearby cities of Myrtle Beach and Charleston also feature all kinds of activities. There is Always Fun for ALL that Visit!!!
**No Daily Housekeeping – We provide linens, bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes, bathmats, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towel, and a dishwashing packet**
**Three-Bedroom Condos are allowed 2 Parking Passes**
**Motorcycles are Allowed**
**No Golf Carts and No Trailers are allowed in the garage area**
**Garage has a 6’9 – 6’7 (ramps) Clearance**
**NO PETS ALLOWED**

**This is a Non-Smoking Condo! Designated Smoking areas are located on the beach, outside the
resort, or in the parking garage area. NO Smoking is Allowed on the Balcony nor in the Condo**
