We are very sorry that your return stay was impacted by multiple maintenance issues and that your experience with our team did not meet the level of service you expected from us. We understand how frustrating it must have been to encounter several issues throughout your stay, particularly the air-conditioning failure that ultimately required your party to relocate. We also understand your concern regarding the contractor arriving earlier than expected. While our team did communicate that access would be needed, we recognize that the change in timing created an uncomfortable situation and that communication surrounding the visit could have been handled better. Our team did respond to the maintenance concerns as they were reported, and when the HVAC system could not be restored, we worked to provide alternative accommodations and addressed the night without functioning air conditioning. However, we recognize that having to deal with repeated maintenance visits and then pack and relocate was a significant disruption to your vacation. Most importantly, we are disappointed that our communication left you feeling that your concerns were an inconvenience or were not being taken seriously. That is never how we want a guest to feel. Your comments have been shared with our management and maintenance teams so we can review both the property concerns and how situations like this are communicated and handled. We appreciate that you have stayed in this unit previously, and we sincerely regret that this visit did not reflect the positive experiences you have had with us in the past.
