Guests who choose Paradise Pointe, where Sunset Hideaway is located, are looking for a true beach getaway with relaxation in mind. With stunning sunset views from the ground floor to the 3rd top balcony, you'll enjoy the peace and quiet you so well deserve.

Pulling into Sunset Hideaway, you'll have parking for 4 vehicles (depending on size). Enter through the gate to outdoor picnic area, and seating to overlook the water in the nature preserve. A downstairs game room/2nd living space invites you in to relax, watch TV, play some games and store extra drinks and beach snacks in this downstairs refrigerator.

Heading upstairs, you'll enter the main house which is covered in beautiful wood flooring, professionally furnished and finished with elegance and comfort in mind. The spacious living area boasts ample seating, and large TV. The well stocked kitchen is not only perfect for those who love to cook, it's a piece of artwork itself with beautiful appliances, large island and is open to the dining area. Super functional and comfortable, everything has been chosen for guests who enjoy staying in a beautiful and comfortable space.

On this main floor, you'll have a large back balcony overlooking the nature preserve to feel the sea breeze, take award winning photos of the sunset, and be sure to bring your binoculars to watch wildlife and many island and migratory birds. Also on this main floor, you'll enjoy a guest half bath, a large laundry room, and 2 of 3 bedrooms and 2 more bathrooms.

The first bedroom is a King Bedroom Ensuite with private bathroom and a front balcony. The second bedroom is a bunk room with 3 twin bunks and a queen bed; this bedroom also has a private bathroom and an entrance to the same front balcony, perfect for sunrise view for those early risers in your group.

Heading upstairs, the private retreat offers a King Bed, and a luxurious bathroom with clawfoot tub and separate shower. This space also has access to its own private balcony with sun loungers and seating.

After a day at the beach or fishing, you'll enjoy a community pool right around the corner and in walking distance.

- Please be aware that this home is not accessible by golf cart. Golf carts cannot be delivered or rented at this property.
- Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can’t guarantee that you won’t hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
- Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. Services can be intermittent on an island.
- Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by a professional pest control service every 4-8 weeks.
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Please note that the maximum occupancy includes infants and babies. Ensure that the total number of guests, including little ones, adheres to the specified occupancy limit.
- The fireplace is not available for guest use.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
