We are not in Silver Lake Village, but our ski in/out location is actually much better than what the maps shows! Our Larkspur Deer Valley home is midmountain in Empire Pass, Deer Valley's newest neighborhood, with fantastic "First Tracks" ski in ski out access, and great views over greater Silver Lake Village and Park City!

Our mid-mountain location, just 50 paved steps from the Silver Buck run and chairlift, allows for quick and easy access to "first tracks" skiing, while our HOA's private on-demand shuttle service and local delivery options make it easy to get around Park City and Deer Valley.

Our recent construction home boasts all the perks of a newer property, including brand new HDTVs, central air conditioning, a kitchen with top-of-the-line commercial appliances, stone bathrooms, and a stone fireplace. The extra-large balcony and gas grill are perfect for outdoor entertaining, while the unobstructed views of Silver Lake and Park City add to the ambiance.

Inside, the spacious great room features vaulted and beamed ceilings, a huge wall of windows, and a stone fireplace, all designed to take in the stunning 20-mile views of the Wasatch Valley. The open layout includes a living area, dining area, and an upscale kitchen with a marble stone bar and stainless appliances, all without any walls to obstruct your views. The main-level master bedroom suite is a true luxury retreat, with a grand four-poster bed and a private bath with a jetted tub and walk-in shower.

On the lower floor, three more bedrooms offer a variety of sleeping arrangements, each with its own bathroom and multiple-window views. The second bedroom is designed as a kids' room/media room, with log bunk beds, a sofa that can sleep an additional person, and a 55-inch Sony HDTV. The third bedroom, decorated in Victorian style, features a tall four-poster bed and matching décor, while the fourth bedroom offers two queen-sized mountain-style beds. An upstairs loft features a queen-sized mountain-style sofa sleeper.

With easy access to three world-class ski resorts and the convenience of a 45-minute drive from Salt Lake City International Airport, our Larkspur home at Deer Valley is the ultimate choice for a luxurious ski vacation.

WHAT TO LOOK FOR WHEN BOOKING A SKI PROPERTY:
1) Look for lots of pictures to see as much of the home as possible -

2) Look for mid-mountain access - makes it easy to beat base drive-up traffic to get 'First Tracks' Our Empire Pass home is mid-mountain.

3) Look for a newer property - Empire Pass was recently built, with modern kitchens and amenities - at same rates as older properties

4) Look for nice quality amenities - we offer a free Mercedes Van shuttle to take you to downtown Park City, and Park City Mountain Resort.

5) Look for good ski in ski out access - our townhome is the closest rental townhome to the ski runs in Empire Pass.

6) Look for space to spread out- our townhome is 3150 square feet, much larger than most 4-bdrm condos (at about 2000 sqft) in Empire Pass.

We are located just 10 mintus to nearby Park City Mountain Resort, and right on Deer Valley resort. Also within 45 minutes of Utah's Alta, Snowbird, SnowBasin, Solidtude, and Brighton ski resorts.
