Escape to our cozy, yet spacious home surrounded by 2.5 acres of wooded seclusion. Enjoy lake access all year, in a quiet cove perfect for relaxing on the water, swimming and fishing. Located less than half a mile from Sugar Hollow marina with boat launch and water park. We are less than 10 minutes by boat to the famous Cedar Creek jumping bridge and several other local hot spots.

Also, we will have electricity at the dock so there will be dock lights and outlets. Largest dock allowed on Norris featuring 2 covered boat slips (the one slip with the lift will contain owners boat in the summer months), 1 uncovered docking area with cleats for a boat or pontoon, a large covered patio, a large open sun deck, a jumping platform, and an elevated water slide.

A rare amenity is 60 feet of gravel driveway for boat trailer parking along with our property on Marina Lane.

Enjoy the infinity-edge fire pit area that makes you feel like you are sitting around a fire on the lake. The water, private dock with two hydro ports is accessible by stairs. Water noise and traffic are limited to the few other residents in the cove.

Upon entering the home you will notice a spacious layout with a main floor master bedroom with a king bed, walk-in closet, full bathroom, and private deck access.

Enjoy floor-to-ceiling windows in the great room to take in the gorgeous nature and lake view, a foosball table, 65-inch TV, and two oversized sofas. One sofa is a bonus queen-size comfortable gel sleeper sofa.

The all-season room with two walls of dual sliding windows is a perfect way to relax with your morning coffee or tea; enjoy the amazing views and peaceful sounds of the forest. This room also has access to the side deck and rear deck that runs across the back of the home.

The upper floor has a second master bedroom with a king bed and a full bathroom. A third bedroom has two full-sized bunk beds and a full bathroom. A locking barn door enclosed nook has a full-sized bed.

A bonus large private lower level has a queen-sized murphy bed, twin daybed with twin pull-out, full bathroom, multi-door private deck access, air hockey table, foosball table, smart TV, Wii U, and multiple entrance doors.

All bed linens and bath towels are provided for your stay. All bathrooms have showers with seats for convenience. Each bathroom also has a hairdryer, although we prefer to live by the mantras "Lake hair, don't care" and "Woke up LAKE".
