This serene home is the perfect destination for relaxation and fun in one of the most breathtakingly beautiful towns of Colorado.
The 4 bedroom, 3 full bath home has many amenities and is children friendly, pet friendly, and remote work friendly. Free Wifi, printer and scanner, baby gates, children dishes, toys and books, baby noise monitor, free library, fenced in area for pets, pet bowls. There is also a dishwasher, washer/dryer, crockpot, air-fryer, microwave, and many other appliances at your disposal.  Are you in need of an extra car during your stay? There is a station wagon BWM available for rental as well. Plenty of parking on the premises. 
Centrally located in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, the house is located within 200 yards of Alderfer/Three Sisters park trailhead with extensive trails for hiking, cycling, climbing and horseback riding. You can hike or take a short drive to Evergreen Lake and the quaint Evergreen downtown area. Other notable destinations within driving distance include Red Rocks Amphitheatre (20 minutes), Downtown Denver (40 minutes), Denver International Airport (1 hour), as well as the famous ski resorts Colorado has to offer (Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper Mtn are are just over an hour drive).

There is a backyard oasis with a hot tub bringing world-class hydrotherapy with the ambiance of cascading water and soothing lights, a propane gas BBQ with side burner, outdoor seating, and a fire pit area.
