The dock has a ladder for easy access in and out of the water and a paddle boat for your enjoyment. The backyard is gently sloping down to the Lake with a paved path. Ample driveway space makes it easy for you and your guests to take full advantage of ample parking and room for your boat trailer.

Blue Springs Marina is right down the road from the house for easy access to launch your boat or rent a pontoon.

The main level has a living room, kitchen, dining area, two full bathrooms, laundry room with washer and dryer, coffee area and a beverage fridge. The main bedroom with a king-size bed, a second room with a queen-size bed and both rooms feature a workstation for those wanting to work from home. Downstairs, you will find a second gathering area with a game table, video game machine, the movie theater with a Roku for enjoying your own streaming services, another full bathroom and two bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and the other has two bunk beds. Both gathering areas have ample seating with Smart TVs for logging onto your streaming services.
