Conveniently located near Old Town La Quinta (2 miles), Indian Wells Tennis Garden (4.4 miles), Empire Polo Club (1.9 miles) and a quick drive to the El Paseo shopping district (7 miles).

Living Room, Dining Room & Kitchen: The living space is an open concept with lots of light and windows. Large windows frame the gorgeous view of the Santa Rosa Mountains. A comfortable sofa and smart-tv make the space a great spot for a relaxing afternoon. The dining room is fitted with a six person table and a multi level island in kitchen. The kitchen has new stainless steel appliances including oven, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. Cabinets have been stocked with dining ware, a flatware set for 12, glasses of all types, pots & pans plus much more. A lovely half bathroom is located on the first floor.

Bedroom 1, 2, Guest Bathroom: The Queen bedroom is tranquil. A large closet provides ample space for your belongings and smart TV is equipped with all the apps ready for your individual log-ins. The second bedroom has a day bed (2 twin beds or king) equipped with ultra-comfy mattresses that makes the room perfect for kids or adults. Jack & Jill bathroom connecting these two rooms.

Primary Suite: Eastern King bedroom with walk in closet, large dresser and smart TV. Primary bath has a glass shower, double sinks with lots of room in the vanity for storage. Enjoy the mountain views from this rooms charming Juliet balcony.

Loft/Office: A spacious loft is set up as an office with desk, printer and adjacent laundry closet with new washer/dryer.
