However, we can confirm the code provided was accurate, as it worked during your entry. As for the laundry, it's a standard machine, and operation simply requires flipping the breaker switch located next to it. We regret if this wasn’t as intuitive as expected, but we’re happy to assist with instructions if needed during your stay. Julie’s review is unfortunately inaccurate and misleading. The photos in the listing accurately reflect the space and furnishings — nothing has been changed. The décor, bedding, and layout are exactly as presented in the listing, and the property has consistently received positive feedback for both its comfort and design. The listing clearly states that the patio is shared; it does not claim to be private, so that was a misunderstanding on the guest’s part. Regarding the extra linens, they were in the home as directed — the guest later acknowledged in messages that she simply hadn’t opened the closet fully to locate them. The heating and AC systems were both fully functional prior to check-in. Our cleaner confirmed the furnace was on before this stay, and after inspection it appeared the gas switch had been turned off inside the unit, which would explain the temperature issue. We never asked the guest to “remove hair from a previous guest.” When she reported slow drainage after showering, we suggested checking the top of the drain for hair — a common and simple fix — and offered to assist if needed. We strive to go above and beyond for our guests, which included allowing this group to check in three hours early and responding promptly to each concern. It’s unfortunate that despite these efforts, the guest remained dissatisfied and chose to leave an inaccurate review. We stand by our property, our communication, and the quality of the experience we provide.
