Floorplan -
This two-level home is 2352 sq. ft. and sleeps 8 comfortably. Main level has kitchen with dining area, living room, two bedrooms and one bathroom. Terrace level has living room, laundry room, two bedrooms and one bathroom. Wood flooring throughout main level and tile throughout terrace level.
Bedrooms-
There are a total of four bedrooms, all with queen-size beds in each. Two bedrooms are on main level, both with 43" TVs. Two bedrooms are on terrace level. There is also a full-size futon in terrace level living room for additional sleeping arrangements with a 50" TV.
Bathrooms-
There are two separate bathrooms. Main level has bathroom with tub/shower combo. Terrace level has bathroom with walk-in shower.
Living room-
There are two living areas. The main level has an open floor plan with 50" TV and ample seating, two full-size sofas and one chair. Boasts a beautiful, vaulted ceiling with wood beams and a floor-to-ceiling rock, wood-burning fireplace for those cold North Georgia nights. The terrace level living area has a full-size futon with 50" TV.
Kitchen/Dining-
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessities of home. There is a table with seating for four and a bar area with. five counter-height barstools. There is a screen porch just off the kitchen area.
Outdoor area-
The home is on a 1-acre, newly landscaped, corner lot. Lake Blue Ridge is directly across the road and can be seen from the home during the winter months. There is a wrap-around deck on two side of the home and a screened-in porch off the kitchen. A large, fenced-in area is adjacent to house if needed for pets.
