Each of these Three Bedroom Villas at Villa La Estancia Cabo San Lucas, boasts two master bedrooms – each featuring a king-size bed and complemented by its own master spa bathroom with marble shower, whirlpool tub, and Travertine floor. A third bedroom includes two queen-size beds. Each room has a full private bath along with a guest bath accessible from the living area. All bedrooms and the living room have personal flat screen satellite TVs with all your favorite English channels so you don’t miss the big game or TV show. Complete with a wet bar and an awe-inspiring view, terraces lead off the bedrooms and into the living/dining room area. These twin villas are the same except for a slight difference in view. 3503 is on the 5th floor and 3302 is on the 3rd floor, just below and 1 section forward. They are very close and almost on top of each other and are great for parties up to 16.

One of these 2 Villas will be assigned at check in. Your villa preference can be noted in your reservation for the Villa La Estancia front desk. The front desk will consider your preference but we can not guarantee which of these 2 villas would be assigned to you, unless you book both.
