We loved how spacious the unit was and so close to the beach! The hot tub felt amazing after a day of hiking and kayaking and it was our own personal hot tub in our own personal fenced in backyard. Loved staying here!

Quiet, clean and accommodating

Great location for a local getaway. Bed is very comfortable and hot tube was great. Full kitchen with everything you need. Will definitely come back

Perfect quiet getaway

This place met all of our needs and exceeded our expectations. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond and helped us extend our stay and kept us in the same room. The room was very clean even for being older. It was comfortable and quiet and super close to the beach. We loved it and will definitely be back!

Oxnard stay

The property has a lovely view of the beach and is in a nice area. The apartment is a little dated and parking is a little tight but it’s clean, safe and you can walk to the beach in less than a minute. Perfect for a trip to Oxnard and Ventura!

You are near the beach, that's about it

This is a time-share rental. The location is close to the beach & includes parking. The apartment was not very clean. The floors were dirt and the furniture was old & beat-up. Bed sagged. Thin sheets, thin towels that are only replaced once a week. The 800 number & email address that is associated with this property may be wrong because I did not receive a call back or reply email.

Nice place

A nice place to stay. Very clean and the maintenance staff was wonderful. However the property manager/front desk needs to have more personal warmth, and a friendly approach to people that use this rental. We were never given any instructions other than “here’s your key”… never got any information with respect to room refreshing, trash pickup, paper products and were told they only do that when we leave. And we were there twelve days! We bought all our own paper products, toilet paper and washed our own towels, even vacuumed and kept taking down the trash. The only person who kept offering to do anything was Jesus who came three times to do the spa. He was wonderful. Also the water turned brown two days from the faucet sinks and tub and later on would clear up a as bd appear again the next day.
