This is a two story lock out unit.  So you can rent the upstairs or downstairs separately.  This is for both units combined.

We love our home and so will you... it’s nice but not new. 🏡 Built in 1976, it’s been updated but shows some age 😊 like me. (Sleeps 5)

• Brand new flooring, linens, bedding, and ceiling fans
• Iron and mini iron board, Folding luggage rack

• Queen Bed w/night stands

*Twin air mattresses provided with sheets and blankets for additional guests*

• Remodeled with new toilets, lighting, and faucets.

• New Toilet, Shower and Vanity.

• $125 per pet fee per pet

• New 55" Roku TVs for entertainment
• Smart TVs for streaming with allowed apps

🔑 Access:

• Keypad access with August Lock code will be sent to you and good for your whole stay
• Downstairs unit lock will be provided to access the sliding door entry
  

🅿️ Parking:

• One parking space included when both units are rented
• Additional space available (if available) for $80 per night

Other things to note
**Credit Card hold required (like hotels,

which is not a security deposit) to receive your arrival instructions**

Hold is on your credit card when you check in and is removed when you

check out without damage.

complete your rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple Credit Card hold to receive your arrival instructions. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay!

with all the info about the house and local spots.
