Our interaction is heavily dependent on the guest(s). We are very proactive hosts but give the guest(s) the option on how interactive they want to be with us. Please keep in mind that we don't respond to service calls between the hours of 9 pm and 8 am unless it's an emergency.

Relaxation awaits just one block from downtown Lake Worth Beach. Downtown Oasis boasts two cottages: Flora Cottage and Fauna Cottage, each paying tribute to the local plants and wildlife that call South Florida home. In Flora Cottage, find a vibrant tapestry of local plants in every room, and in Fauna Cottage swim with manatees and admire brilliant flamingos while you look out onto the pool.

Flora Cottage has two bedrooms (one King, one Queen), one and a half bathrooms, a living/dining room, and the full kitchen.
Fauna Cottage has a Queen bedroom, a full bath, and living room with a couch that converts to a Queen bed, and full kitchen. Fauna Cottage also features a small office overlooking the pool, with HDMI monitor and printer, in case you need to work from paradise.

The gated courtyard features a pool, hot tub, lush local plants, an outdoor bar and fridge, shaded seating areas, outdoor shower, and grill. The cottages are just a half a mile to Bryant Park and the Lake Worth Lagoon (part of the Intracoastal Waterway), and 1.5 miles from the beach, with a large municipal parking lot and decadent restaurants. Downtown Oasis comes with access to 8 beach chairs, sun shade covers, beach toys, pool toys and a rolling cooler to make the most of your adventures in the Palm Beaches.

Each cottage has a fully-equipped kitchen (stove, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, coffee, etc), brand new washer-dryers, upgraded bathrooms (with luxury shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion) and cozy living areas featuring 60” Smart TVs and plush seating for the whole family. Each includes an indoor dining table to enjoy your morning coffee or a family meal together.

The bedrooms feature soft yet supportive mattresses, blackout shades and curtains. In the 1 BR cottage, the ample couch transforms into a plush Queen bed, sleeping two, and has room darkening shades.
When it comes time to eat, cook out on the gas grill or make use of the Big Green Egg smoker while you swim in the pool all day. If you don’t feel like preparing your favorite family dinner in the two stocked kitchens, take a two minute walk to Lake or Lucerne Avenues and experience the best restaurants Lake Worth Beach has to offer.

We welcome you to this stress-melting property which will provide you with tranquility, while being steps from all that downtown offers, a walk or bike ride from a beautiful beach and pier, and a 15- min drive from PBI / West Palm Beach airport.

Please note that our pool is serviced twice a week. As you can see by the photos, we have lots of trees and vegetation so during windy days there will be leaves in the pool.

Receiving mail or packages is prohibited and we are not responsible for items that are mailed or shipped to the property.

** We are pet friendly and there's an extra cleaning fee of $50 per pet.

**Max occupancy at all times is 8. No visitors allowed, all guests must be registered.

**Minimum Main Guest Age: 24

**Some regular maintenance services are required to keep our homes in excellent shape. Be informed that we have regular landscaping service, pool service and pest control management that may come during your stay.
** We have cameras on the exterior of the property for viewing or monitoring front door, common spaces outside and driveway. All of them are recording 24/7. There is a noise detector in the outdoor area and no recording takes place.



In order to ensure a worry-free stay, there is a $500 refundable deposit. It will be returned if no damages or violations (such as smoking) are found during your stay.

Same day bookings will require at least 4 hours to process your reservation.
