The Mediterranean style Brigantine shore house is nothing short of magnificent. The rooms and the layout are most accommodating. The views of the ocean from the 2nd floor and 3rd floor outdoor terraces are bonus features. The kitchen accommodations were perfect. The elevator feature and access to various floors and rooms was most important for one of our guests - being handicapped. The Sonos house Wifi speaker system was most enjoyable to have. Lovely to have large screen TVs and access to various networks in all the bedrooms and the great larger room. The heated pool and the pool area accommodations were perfect. I'm ready to book the house again for a 2nd stay. The laundry room was most accommodating with all the extra included beach towels. Tons of beach toys to be enjoyed by the entire family. The owner is most accommodating and a good communicator. I recommend renting this house or any house represented by the host/owner.

We had an absolutely fantastic week at this beautiful home and couldn’t have been happier with our stay. From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared.The house was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and even better than we expected. It had everything we needed for a relaxing week away, with plenty of space to unwind and all the comforts of home. You can tell the owners take great pride in the property and genuinely care about their guests’ experience.The location was excellent, the home was peaceful and comfortable, and everything about our stay was easy from beginning to end. After a full week, we honestly didn’t want to leave!We would absolutely stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this home to friends, family, or anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay. Brians home was absolutely amazing! We hosted our Friendsgiving there and it was the perfect home for us. The kitchen is massive, the bar area was amazing. And the great room made for some beautiful memories. We more then enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying here again. Brian was also very accommodating and communicative. Which is always a pleasure

Wonderful trip!

The house was perfect and Brian was as nice as could be! He was in contact with us to make sure everything was perfect…and it was! The house is in a perfect location and my family had a wonderful vacation. The house had a nice open floor plan which was so nice with a big group like ours! I can’t say enough great things about our stay! Highly recommend any of Brian’s home!!

Brigantine Mansion

This was the most beautiful, comfortable, perfect house we ever stayed at. It was close to home, 3 houses to the beach, built in pool and every possible amenity we could neat and want. Brian was an excellent host and made sure we always had everything we needed.

Golf trip

Absolutely beautiful place. 8 man golf trip and enough room for 12 or more in this beautiful home. Brian was absolutely amazing throughout the process. Definitely a great place to enjoy with friends and or family. I highly recommend this home to anyone.
