Everything was great. We had a great family time together in this beautiful home that accommodated our entire family. No amenity was missing. May even try to do the same next year.

We felt like the kitchen could use a new set of pots and pans and more coffee mugs. Toilet paper holder missing in bathroom on 2nd level. The house is beautifully designed and location great and we had an amazing week ! Cliff was so accessible and responsive to all questions and concerns

Wonderful House

We just finished a week stay at 5 Harding. The house was perfect for our family of 12 - plenty of space but also great gathering spots for puzzles and cocktails. Owners are super responsive and helpful. Heated pool was great on the days we had sunshine. Great nights sleep and so close to the beach. Thanks for letting us stay.

Great house and location

The house is just perfect and the heated pool was a nice bonus. The location is perfect, too. Basically beach block and easy enough to get to other places on the island. Owner is very responsive and helpful. We had a great time!

Yearly family reunion

We all miss each other through out the year so its so awesome to finally all get together for a week in the summer. What better place then a great big house right next to a gorgeous beach

We had a wonderful time at LBI and staying at this house. We were very pleased with the layout of the house, and the ease of communication with Cliff and Jaime. Having the pool with a fenced in backyard was perfect. The house was clean and located perfectly for an easy walk to the beach. having the bikes available, and the grill made everything super enjoyable. Our only suggestions for improvement would be to provide more cooking pots and pans in the kitchen. We made it work, but additional ones would be helpful. also, it would be helpful to have more hooks by the pool for hanging towels and other things needing to dry. But those last few things are very minor compared to how incredibly wonderful this house is and how our experience was.

Amazing house!!!!

We had the most wonderful time kicking off summer at this house - it was in the best location and just so beautiful. Literally my dream beach getaway house!!!!! Everything about our trip was a dream. We will definitely consider renting this very same house again!

Triple Birthday Celebration

We had a lovely week at 5 West Harding. The house was stocked with everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. It is in a very nice location, convenient to the sand and beach. We will certainly consider returning.

Great house in a great location

Beautiful house. Great layout. Open layout upstairs. Perfect for families and entertaining. Two living rooms so there is space for everyone. Plenty of decks. Pool area great. Perfect get away.

Perfect week

I forgot how much I loved LBI until we came back this week. The house was perfect. Large enough to accommodate the family and in the best location. Soo close to the beach and close enough to all the activities but far enough to enjoy the quiet away from the crowds. When the beach was too windy, the pool at the house was the perfect y substitute especially with small kids. Will definitely plan this again for next year.

Great House & perfect location!

Terrific property and great location! The beach was a stone's throw away, and the house was thoughtfully equipped with chairs, umbrella, and everything you need for beach. Plus, the owner also had a half dozen bikes on hand for us to get around LBI without the hassle of dealing with the overbooked bike rental outlets. We have a terrific week, and would reccoend this property highly!

Beautiful but very expensive

Ants in the kitchen and poor pool maintenance decreased the experience. Both can be easily rectified and would make the expense worth it!!

Exceptional

Having rented properties each summer for an extended family trip over the past 20 years, I can honestly say this house was perfect. New and in outstanding condition, beautifully decorated with so many amenities and comforts, the house is second to none. The pool was an ideal perk and the proximity to the beach (a few houses over) made it an ideal spot. Robyn and Cliff were amazing hosts who were very responsive and even took a few of our suggestions and acted on them immediately. I can't say enough about this rental property. The best of LBI!

Brand New Oceanside

We had a wonderful week at Cliff and Jaimie's brand new beach house despite the cloudy rainy weather. Can't beat the location 3 houses back from the ocean with the access to the beach right at the end of the street. The house is beautiful! Three stories of living space made the elevator essential and it was definitely used by all. Also the heated pool got a lot of use on those cloudy days. TV took some getting used to as they only had ROKU and streaming, no cable or direct live tv. As a brand new property, some things could be added, ie floor mat for back door, way to hang towels in back yard, colander for pasta in kitchen. Unlocking fence gate on outside shower side would make coming back from the beach more convenient, as well as providing code for garage door. Overall a very happy relaxing week!

Perfect with a few exceptions

The location of the house is perfect. The beach is beautiful, the house is new and clean. We have stayed in many many rentals on family vacation. The house could have been better stocked. There were just two tiny frying pans making it difficult and time consuming to cook breakfast. We wanted to do a clam bake but there were no pots large enough. The refrigerator is on the small side. An extra one the pool level would have been very helpful. The towel rack in the primary bathroom fell off day one and the queen bedroom with the en-suite bathroom was missing a towel rack. There were no hooks. We had 4 people sharing this bathroom and no where for four towels. It would have been helpful to have a cloths line outside to hang beach towels. The backyard was nice but the black pavers around the pool were way too hot to sit on. More chaise lounges would have helped. Lastly, the small stones all over the backyard and driveway were a little disappointing. We had little kids with us so we would have liked to have a grass surface to play games on while they spent the afternoon napping. Overall the house was very nice, but missing a few amenities that have been available in prior rentals.
